La Petite Enseigne – Chez Hélène

Chez Hélène - Gîtes en baie offers you "la petite enseigne": Small independent studio (~20 m2) located in an annex of our house. The studio is composed of a kitchen area, a sofa bed with TV, a small bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a 140 cm double bed on the mezzanine. A covered terrace is adjacent to the studio. It is located on the heights of Champeaux in a quiet and green setting 5 km from the beaches. Our house is right across the street, but we're discreet.

Beach Hut

Unusual and unique accommodation 15 meters from the beach of St Jean le Thomas, fully renovated and equipped cabin, all the comforts necessary to spend a good exotic and quiet stay by the sea. No electricity and running water but access to the sanitary facilities of the municipal campsite which is 10 m away. My beach hut

In Saint le Thomas (between Granville and Avranches), as close as possible to the beach with views of Mont Saint Michel and the cliffs of Champeaux Quiet and relaxing location Cabin with everything you need to cook and sleep comfortably (you will find 2 real beds made on arrival / sheets and towels provided) Check-ins are between 4pm and 7pm but we know how to adapt. You can park your car next to the cabin. Nightly rental (except July August 2 nights minimum)

Studio Terre & Mer in Dragey

The house is the epitome of a nice quality of life: Land & Sea. The STUDIO has been designed to accommodate guests so that they feel as good as we can be on a daily basis in our 17th century house for a party. Also, we live 2 km from Dragey beach, 500 m from the horse racing training center. We have walking paths along the coast and from the village. It is possible to take advantage of the high tides, to cross the bay...

The house in baie-bocage-plage. Everything is 5 minutes away! We wanted it cozy, and functional. You will find all the comforts and amenities you need of course! The large garden will offer you peace and relaxation. You can share your meals if you like, around the wooden table. You will also have the chance to go to the beach to enjoy the white sand and swimming in just 7 minutes. Mont Saint Michel is 40 minutes away!

Fully-equipped 20 m2 studio

The "cube and its terrace": a wood-framed studio A nice way to stay during business trips, spend a few days to rest, to discover the region or to make a stopover to other destinations. This studio located near the city center of Avranches, welcomes you in a quiet setting. In a space of 20 m2, the cube is equipped (kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom), functional and independent.

Beautifully Presented House

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.

The Belleville Estate Bakery

In the past, bread was baked there. Recently renovated, this small outbuilding, dating back to the 15th century, is immersed in the countryside. Depending on the season, you can see Mont Saint Michel from the mezzanine bedroom. As neighbors, you'll only have horses. Located 2 km from Dragey Beach and 3 km from Genets, departure for crossings on foot to the Mont.

This house is the perfect place to enjoy the rustic and quiet charm of the Normandy countryside. The stone house and its wood-burning stove will allow you to enjoy your stay in all weather!

We welcome you to our cottage for 2–3 people, located 1 km from the beach. You will enjoy a superb and unobstructed view of the sea, Tombelaine Island and Mont Saint Michel in a quiet and relaxing environment (see photo 1) No smoking, plugging in electric batteries in the cottage. In July and August, rentals are by the week from Saturday to Saturday

Individual villa on the edge of the Grève, facing only Mont-Saint-Michel and Tombelaine... Serenity and rest assured! Genêts is the must-see place to make the mythical crossing of the Bay. The GR223 starts at the bottom of the house: to the left towards the Mont and to the right towards Granville.
