Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from amenities for our one year old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy Granville city center only a ten minute walk away. Granville station is easily accessible. Local shops are nice, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also very close. We had a pleasant stay in Granville. Even though our family has short stay but we did enjoy Solene’s apartment. It’s beautiful and nice one. Especially the apartment has lovely balcony:)

A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! An awesome place whether you are a solo traveler, a couple or a family! Thank you Marion

Very well located accommodation for walking around. The plus is the private parking space. The accommodation is large and comfortable with a magnificent sea view 🌊 it looks like a watercolor painting through the window. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the children also loved it.

We had a lovely stay at Claudine's. The accommodation was very clean and very well-equipped. Welcome gift (cider and brioche) as well as jam and butter, tea, powdered chocolate, oil and vinegar and so on. Great value for the price By way of comparison, we are in another Airbnb tonight that is much more expensive and equipped with coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, period! And no heating anywhere. Claudine is very friendly and took the time to chat with us. I would recommend without a second thought.

The welcome by Magalie and her husband is up to the quality of the house. Great! The bedding is quality. The presence of basic necessities is a plus. They are accommodating, attentive and responsive. House decorated with charm, everything is there to make you feel at ease. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the area. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I recommend it. Beautiful location for this old house that has its charm. A beautiful view from the second floor bedroom. Possibility to then do everything on foot and access the shopping street in 10 minutes walk. Friendly stay. Host accommodating for the departure time in low season. Small point to note, the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved. We enjoyed the bouquet of fresh flowers upon arrival.

A big thank you to Etienne and Valérie for hosting us. The house is just perfect for a stay in Saint Malo. Very well equipped, it feels like home! Great location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. Flexible check-in to accommodate our baby and finally, very good responsiveness from the hosts who were able to answer our questions. We will be back!

Lydie's house is very nice, very clean, well located, quiet with shops nearby. The rooms are very pleasant, and well-equipped. As for Lydie, she's a very nice host. We had a great time. I recommend it.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. The apartment is comfortable and practical and very well-equipped. It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

One of the most beautiful Airbnbs we've been to in a long time. Super chic furnishings, nice and quiet & very nice hosts! We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

Beautiful apartment located a stone's throw from the beach for beautiful walks and not far from the city center. We did everything on foot. There are all the amenities available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key exchange despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The place was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, wandered around a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We would love to come back and we recommend this to anyone who is going to spend a few days in Saint Malo.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well-equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard where you can park cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We did not meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
