In the heart of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel (nearest beach 3 km away), treat yourself to a week or a few days to explore the region, whether as a couple, with family, or with friends! My partner is a guide for the bay, offering tours on foot, by kayak, or by paddleboard. The house has two large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet. The STUDIO has been designed to accommodate guests so that they feel as good as we can be on a daily basis in our 17th century house for a party. Also, we live 2 km from Dragey beach, 500 m from the horse racing training center. We have walking paths along the coast and from the village. It is possible to take advantage of the high tides, to cross the bay...

Beautifully Presented House

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.

The Belleville Estate Bakery

In the past, bread was baked there. Recently renovated, this small outbuilding, dating back to the 15th century, is immersed in the countryside. Depending on the season, you can see Mont Saint Michel from the mezzanine bedroom. As neighbors, you'll only have horses. Located 2 km from Dragey Beach and 3 km from Genets, departure for crossings on foot to the Mont.
