Apartment vacation rentals in Downtown Vancouver

Jae’s place was perfect for our trip. We were centrally located to many of the downtown areas and not more than a 10 minute walk from the train station when getting out of the city. Her place was pristine and her recommendations amazing. Next time we are in Vancouver we will definitely look to book with her again!

Great place in Gastown, secure, easy walk to convention center, downtown, Gastown is right there. Walking west puts you in the midst of all the good stuff.

Spectacular view. Perfectly clean. Gym and pool were an especially nice addition. Great for walking, lots of good restaurants. Anushka was very cordial and responded promptly to all of our inquiries. A wonderful stay. Would love to return in the future.

We had a great stay at Nadia’s apartment in downtown Vancouver. Her helpful instructions made it easy to get in when we arrived tired after a long flight. Very comfortable and clean apartment with a decently equipped kitchen. Great location for exploring the city, with many things accessible on foot or easy to use public transport. A great stay. I stayed for 30 days (for work) in the house of Maria and Rahim and I had a great time! It’s a very nice house with great views, perfect location (close to the water, transit, downtown, restaurants&bars). The house is comfortable and offers everything you need, also for a longer stay. Communications is fast and friendly. The hosts a great people! I would definitely stay here again.

My first stay in Vancouver and what a gem I found here! The apartment was so clean, thoughtfully decorated, and very well cared for. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. With this and Whee’s hosting, I felt right at home.

Keenya’s loft was incredible. It is located in the Gastown neighborhood, which is very walkable with tons of restaurants, bars and shops all around. The space itself was very home-y, comfortable and spacious for my girlfriend and me, with some great amenities included. Keenya herself was incredibly helpful and responsive, with great recommendations of things to do, places to eat and areas to visit. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you plan on visiting Vancouver, I do not think it would disappoint in the least bit.

Had a wonderful time in downtown Van staying at Brian's place. Clean, comfortable, and Brian was very flexible and responsive. Great ammeneties.

Excellent place to stay in Vancouver! Fernando gave really clear instructions and photo references for accessing the space and parking. We travelled with a toddler and two infants, and we couldn’t be happier with the space available to us, with plenty of amenities available. Fernando also left a high chair for us, which was a nice surprise. For any questions I had, Fernando was responsive and gave answers with great detail. The condo sits right next to a Sky Train station for convenience. We primarily drove with a rental car, most places of interest were within a 20-30min drive including traffic. YVR was about a 45min drive with rush hour traffic. There are lots of restaurant options available, just on the street around the condo, along with Gastown and Yaletown about a 15min walk away. Would highly recommend this stay for small families, couples or singles, especially if you like to be near what’s happening around the city.

Our stay in Gastown was exceptional. The suite is within walking distance of many of Vancouver’s must see locations and the views of the harbour and North Shore mountains are second to none. The suite is an easy walk to BC Place, Rogers Arena, and the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, and clubs and restaurants are plentiful in the surrounding area. The suite itself is well laid out and exquisitely furnished. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, there is ample storage space for luggage, and the bedroom boasts great views and a comfortable bed. The host was friendly and attentive and easily available to answer questions. It was a fun place to play tourist in the city we grew up in, and we’d happily return for a future stay!

Reservation got cancelled but host was quick to help us rebook which we appreciated. Sofa bed was not very comfortable but it was a very convenient spot with easy check-in and parking.

I was in Vancouver for a conference and Eric's place was conveniently located close to the convention center with lots of options for restaurants, attractions & public transportation. I enjoyed staying here. The apartment was a bit warm because of the large windows that provide a nice view. The bed was too soft and caved towards to middle but overall not bad. I would stay here again for the convenience.

This location was perfect for our Vancouver vacation. The host provided clear, accurate instructions for parking and accessing the apartment, which made our arrival seamless. The space was just the right size for my wife and me—cozy, clean, and comfortable. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to everything nearby, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The bedroom was very comfortable and provided a great night's rest after full days out and about. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning views from the balcony. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vancouver.

Wonderful condo in Vancouver conveniently located in Gastown. Would rent again!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The layout of the unit, the location, the decor and bathrooms were all great. Ubers were easy to get to and from the unit, and it made for a great homebase for us. My only gripe, if I had to find one was the fact that we needed to throw away our own trash at the end of our stay. The trash receptacles are all the way on the first floor behind several doors and a few long corridors, and because our flight was at 8am, we had to account for an extra 20 minutes to bring the trash down, bring our keys back up to the unit, and then head out. Otherwise, the views, location and comfort of the unit made for an excellent first visit in Vancouver.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Alina’s. The apartment was perfect for our one night stay before our Alaskan Cruise. Location was great and we were able to walk to restaurants and the cruise port!

Ellen was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and kindly let us drop our bags in the room ahead of check-in, which was a huge help. Communication with Chao was always quick and responsive. The space itself exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. My family was visiting from Brazil and during the stay they even referred to it as “home,” which says a lot about how cozy it felt. We especially loved the pullout couch, super comfy! Location is excellent. Highly recommend!

Sam’s place worked out well for our family. It was easy to get to, and had a few decent eateries and a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment itself had amazing views of the stadium and downtown. It was very quiet in the home, despite being in busy downtown. The space met our needs and had great natural light. It is a very urban, downtown location with all the pros and cons that come with that, but was worth the convenience for us.

Alexs place was amazing, great location and even better than the pictures. His communication was OUTSTANDING, I think this might have been the best airbnb host I've encountered and I've used air bnb and vrbo alot. HIGHLY recommend this spot for Vancouver, so walkable and great amenities, we took the kids to the pool and hottub after a day of sightseeing!

Liping was super accommodating for an early flight arrival and allowed an earlier check in. She is friendly and helpful. The apt is comfortable with cute decorations and finishing touches. There is a supermarket, train station and Chinatown within easy walking distance. A pleasant and safe place to stay while in Vancouver.

Excellent location, right near the heart of Gastown and a short walk, Metro or cab ride to almost all the city's attractions. Of course that puts you close to all of downtown life, including the city's well known social problems, but that didn't detract from a lovely stay, it's all part of the Vancouver experience. Apartment was beautifully presented, well equipped and the fact that tea, coffee, sugar, herbs and spices were there to use was a nice touch. The block had a lovely pool, jacuzzi and gym too. I could not fault Ana for communication or ease of access. All in all a great stay and recommended.

We had a great stay at Yvonne’s home. It was very clean and organized. Had no issues with check in or check out. The skytrain is located just a few steps away and made transportation around the city stress free. Yvonne was very proactive and friendly with her messages.
