I bought this house for its excellent location. Churchill square is literally adjacent in my backyard with plenty of parks, walking trails, grocery stores, MUN, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown all within walking distance. The property is on a quiet street in the middle of a busy area. The area is locally known as the 'golden triangle'. Loris’s 2 bedroom apartment was a great place to stay! We felt right at home the minute we arrived. It was very roomy and the furniture was quite comfortable. If we ever find ourselves back in St. John’s, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Kimberly’s place exceeded our expectations. It was very nicely appointed. The furnishings were extremely comfortable and high quality. The kitchen had almost anything you could need which was so appreciated. The 3 bedrooms are so spacious and comfortable. It was a lovely home and very welcoming. The neighborhood is walkable and so close to restaurants downtown. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We ended our trip with a couple nights here and it was lovely. Staying on Jelly Bean Row was so charming, the bed was comfortable and we got to do a couple loads of laundry which was super appreciated! Robert was very responsive and provides everything you could need. The location was super convenient to walk to so many things nearby! I’d recommend Post Master’s bakery very nearby and the Newfoundland Donut Co for sweet treats - both were amazing. Thanks Robert!
