Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Richmond

Nadine was a wonderful host - easy to communicate with, proactive, and responsive. The apt was spotless, and every furnishing and decoration was first class. Lots of little amenities (welcome basket with snacks and waters, drinks in the fridge, bedside chocolates, a few toiletries. etc) were a nice touch. The queen bed was perfect for us - quality mattress w/topper (my wife kept talking about how well she slept). Very quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the activities we planned. Private back patio was a fantastically landscaped oasis for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Plenty of easy street parking. Couldn't have asked for a better lodging.

Excellent comfortable home base for exploring Richmond. We enjoyed walking along the James River.

Trey’s place was perfect for our short stay. Close to the places we spent time. Trey and Emily were friendly and responsive. Look forward to staying again next time we are in Richmond.

It all comes down the moment you walk through the door! We parked in the back of the house off the alley, a bit tricky to figure out at first, entered the door code and entered a fabulous space. The kitchen was bright, cheerful and clean. The air conditioning was cranked on, thankfully as it was a hot humid day. The big question was which of the 2 bedrooms? We chose the bedroom near the living space, figuring the front bedroom on Main Street could be noisy…though the neighborhood ended up being quiet. Alyssa and Donnie seemed to think of all our potential needs. The wi-fi was easy to connect to our devices, the kitchen was well organized, the bathroom was stocked with soaps, plenty of towels (wash, hand, bath and makeup) even the pantry had a few staples. Overall, I would rate the experience as EXCELLENT, from the first moment to the last. We will definitely stay here again on the next visit to Richmond.

Candice was fantastic to work with - extremely responsive and helpful. We had a long term stay and she also helped us set up additional cleaning services. We needed a place close to the hospital and this unit was perfect.

Other than it being comfy, spacious and centrally located, it was one of the most unique places I’ve stayed at. We came for a volleyball tournament and everything was walking distance. We love love love the decor! Everything described in the listing is ten times better in person. The host, Taylor was super friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. Definitely top of my list for most favorite Airbnb :) Can’t say enough about this cute place!!

Lovely home in a beautiful part of Richmond! We held a graduation weekend for our son, had several friends for dinner, and it all worked perfectly. Well appointed home, comfortable beds, and a great location. Very satisfied with our choice.

Cara’s place is at the perfect location. There is the best coffee place just a couple of blocks away. If you are a person who likes to cook, she has some of the best equipment I’ve seen at Air BnBs. She is very thoughtful and made extra efforts to make our stay wonderful, even though she is a very busy woman. We appreciated her allowing us to enjoy her lovely place.

Logan and John's place in Church Hill is fantastic. An easy walk to neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants and historic places and overlooks - in addition to easy access to all that Richmond has to offer. The home is so clean and comfortable - and Logan and John make check-in/out very easy. We highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful old house! Definitely be mindful of the location when you’re booking, it’s a great location if you’re looking to go out and walk around, but the music from the bars was quite loud until very late at night. It wasn’t really an issue for us, but if you’re looking for a quieter scene, it’s something to be aware of! Very cute house, a little quirky! We had a wonderful stay

This home and this neighborhood is old and completely charming. Walking inside through the front door just feels good— everything is tastefully furnished and decorated with just the right touch of modern amenities. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved this beautifully restored historic house! It had spacious rooms, squeaky clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. It was meticulously maintained, had fun and artistic touches, and was in a quiet neighborhood. Host was kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

Beautiful tree lined street, with front and back porches to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. A house furnished with a lot of art to appreciate. Convenient to downtown, VCU and a host of amenities. Highly recommend for short and long term stays.

Edna's condo was a cozy place for us to stay while visiting/supporting new parents as they welcomed another little one. Having two bathrooms was helpful, the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep. It's a quiet location and when the weather cooperated we enjoyed walking the trails accessed from the back of the complex. A treasure!

Thank you for a lovely stay! we loved the character of this apartment. The beds were comfy, the cot was easy to set up, the climate control was easy and worked well. Eugene was very responsive in troubleshooting the TV. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This was such a gorgeous airbnb! way more spacious than the photos let on. Rachel was also a very helpful and responsive to any problems or needs I had. I think this is a place for someone who is looking for night life and a party scene. Clubs are around the corner as well as food and tons of things to do.

Great spot! We were there for the 2nd Best Comedy Festival, hosted by the nearby Coalition Theater. This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. Location-wise, it couldn't have been more accessible to the Downtown Arts District and all the shows. Our hosts were super responsive and we'd be happy to stay here again!

The condo is renovated and very clean! It’s good location if you are looking to be downtown. It has parking which is a plus!

This location was perfect! We were able to walk to several restaurants and shops and felt safe doing so. The condo had everything needed and the bed is on the firmer side which was perfect for me!
