Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Reno

This week/weeend was my first real experience with Airbnbs. We had a different one before staying at here, and it came with a few issues. This place, on the other hand, was a total game-changer. Incredibly accommodating—letting us check in early, extend our stay, and check out a bit later, which made things so much easier for us. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with useful cooking items, and the location was perfect for everything we needed downtown. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. My family and I are now fully convinced that Airbnbs can be a fantastic option—especially when hosted by someone as awesome as Michelle and Christine. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great time during our stay. The host was very helpful, responsive and quick to resolve any concerns. We were in Reno for a wedding and it came in super handy that the place had a steamer and an iron for our clothes. The location was nice as well, we would stay again. Great host!

A great alternative to the hotels on the strip, great balcony, strong WiFi, peaceful location.

Nice little studio in the heart of midtown close proximity to anything and everything . Host are good people and were very accommodating.

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our needs. We combined a family visit with exploring the Reno-Tahoe area. The accommodations were clean, well stocked and comfortable. The extras that Jennifer provided included a bowl of snacks, Keurig cups and shampoo and conditioner. The building security and instructions made the visit seamless. I highly recommend the location as it is walkable to everything! Don’t miss a drive to Lake Tahoe if you come to Reno!

The stay was incredible good. 5 days felt staying at home. This place would comfortably fit upto 3 people. So many attractions nearby.

I come back to Reno to visit my family often since moving to California. I’ve stayed in so places and finally found a spot to stay every time I come back. Having a place for my dog to feel safe and comfortable is a big deal for me, not only did it provide that but it’s was so accessible to a lot restaurant, bars, etc. Beautiful home and wonderful host. 🫶🏻

Beautiful place to stay, neighbor / area is good, and 2nd time we stayed at their comfy place. Make us feel like home,and we liked the place, they have games for us, keep us busy from going to the Casino.

This house was perfect for my family for our son's graduation. We're we're able to have a fabulous family barbeque and hang out and enjoy time together. Loved the backyard, the living space and board games. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless.

It was a great place everything was as described and very walkable to lots of different places. Will be back again!

Gavin allowed me to view his place right after booking so I could make sure it would meet the needs of all my guests. He was very responsive throughout the process. The house was perfect for our event. It was very comfortable. It was also clean and well-stocked with necessities. The neighborhood is great. It was quiet and safe, yet close to restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location for restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Easy to get to downtown and river walk area.

Fantastic location. Short walk to the lake. We would walk out to the lake and then walk out on the dock to watch the boats and lake activity. The home itself was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. BBQ was really clean and looked like it was newer. Short walk to coffee and restaurants.

There's no closer ski-in / ski-out condo in the village than the ones in Catamount! What makes this one special, though, is that it's so quiet with the balcony facing the mountains, and the massage chair is a real luxury! Excellent stay overall, will definitely return!

Super close to kings beach and there’s a really nice town with a bunch of restaurants! The host was great at communicating! Would definitely recommend staying here!

I would highly recommend this serene condo in the woods! Can’t beat the location, and the amenities are exactly what you need! Jared was very helpful when we had any questions about our stay.

Very nice, clean and spacious place. Great for our family of four. The mattress are very hard, which we live! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. However, no public beach in incline village.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Airbnb in the Tahoe area. The place is pretty new and we feel right at home. Everything feels clean and comfortable. The host is great and communicated very well and also was very accommodating. Would recommend
