Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Downtown Miami

Small but in a great location. A few steps from the metro mover and a block away from bay front park. Very well equipped but the oven is not the easiest to use. The rental uses an app for access that can be a little unreliable. I'd need to remove my magsafe phone case for the app to work properly.

Place was in a convenient location. The hosts were very communicative and happy to accommodate us!

Bo’s listing was just as described. Check in instructions were very clear with photo directions. We were upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing sunset and the parking garage access was a huge plus. Bo was very friendly and responsive for our entire stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Everyone in the building was also very friendly and the location was walkable to Bayside. I would definitely recommend booking with Bo.

The Maria was wonderful! I was visiting from NY for F1 weekend and I’m glad I picked this place. Maria accommodated me with my check in and check out times to work around my schedule and that truly made my trip and overall stay a lot better. The place was beautiful and very clean. I cannot stress enough how great of a place and experience this was. The area is amazing with great food, amazing views, and friendly people. The place itself was magnificent and honestly gave me inspiration on how my own apartment could look like. Lastly, the hosts were friendly and responsive. All of this culminates into what I think is the BEST Airbnb experience I've had thus far. I highly recommend this place because of its views, location, and awesome hosts!

We had a reall great stay! The apartment is really spacious and contains everything you need. Although it is located in downtown it is really calm. The host is always available and helped us with every issue. We will definetely come back another time.

We had a great stay during our time in Miami! Location was a in a a great spot, close to lots of restaurants, clubs/bars, and shopping.

This was a perfect home for us for a short stay in Miami, wanting to stay near to Design District, Wynwood, Downtown and Buena Vista area, so location was perfect. House itself is very peaceful and serene, and felt private and homey. For us with our dogs, having the fenced in yard was also a must, so we appreciated this very much. We visit Miami often, and we would definitely stay here again.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

Andre’s place was very nice. My friends didn’t know how it looked like and as soon as we walked in they said it felt homey. It’s a very spacious and cute place. The area was nice, very quiet and just regular neighborhood feeling. The only thing that we were skeptical about was the bathtub which was slippery but other than that, we loved place and would be back!

Had a wonderful stay at Romy’s Place. The layout was well put together. Lots of outdoor activities and relaxing spots on the grounds. Opportunity to meet other people and enjoy the amenities & at the same time the option to stay to yourself. The night lights throughout from the pool to the grounds creates a beautiful ambiance. An area is designated as children’s playground which is perfect for families. This air bnb was really nice in its entirety, with a really thought through concept to ensure guest have a good time. Has everything you need to have a perfect getaway, even complimentary coffee and so much more. You will surely enjoy your stay here. One of the best I have stayed at so far so I will definitely be returning! Book your stay here you will definitely not be dissatisfied or disappointed, that I can assure you.

There truly aren't enough perfect words to describe this magical house. I've stayed at many airbnbs but Luis and Leo's home takes the cake. The pool space, the car wash shower, the beds so comfy, the kitchen is perfection, everything we needed was provided and included! Our hosts were helpful, and just a delight to know. The only sad moment was leaving. Our family will never forget this home, and we WILL BE BACK! Thank you Luis and Leo for sharing your place with the world. 5 star! CHEFS KISS! Book IT!!!

BOOK THIS STAY !!! Absolutely loved this place!!!! Would definitely recommend and I will be returning soon! The only thing that I would say is me and my partner fell in the shower lol there was nothing to hold onto and the first aid kit that was under the sink didn’t have what we needed for the injuries other than that the location was perfect close to a lot of restaurants, next time I would love to stay here again we also loved the pool bar! And the jacuzzi. Thank you soo much for making my birthday special! 10/10!!!!

I will definitely be back! This was the smoothest air bnb process i’ve ever experienced. The host was extremely responsive even though I checked in pretty late which was super appreciated. P.S. The views are incredible! I can’t wait to return for longer next time.

This is an awesome location accessible to the design shopping district. The parking is free! Most importantly the condo feels like HOME. Highly recommended.

I loved my stay at the sls. The rooms are always so spacious and modern. I finally made it to the pool that had full bar service. This is an amazing price for the location and amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

The sea view from this place was absolutely stunning, and the room itself was very comfortable. I’m so glad we chose to stay here—it was conveniently located and made getting around super easy. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded quickly to any questions we had. My family and I had such a wonderful time here and created some truly special memories.
