Condo vacation rentals in Downtown Miami

Rene and Elise were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond. We stayed at the condo for a small bachlorette trip and were welcomed with a case of water bottles and champagne - a perfect start to the weekend. The hosts were always quick to respond and had great suggestions for our stay. They even held onto our luggage after checkout so we could explore before our flight later in the evening. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the location is perfectly centered to all things Miami. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you Rene & Elise for an unforgettable trip!

Staying at this location was perfect ! It’s located right in the heart of downtown close to many attractions, shops, and great restaurants. Our apartment was clean and all amenities worked perfectly. Questions were answered promptly, check in-check-out was a breeze, and being able to park our rental at the nearby garage was definitely a plus ! This will definitely be my go to place when traveling to Miami again. You will not be disappointed. Thanks once again Betty & Marcelo !

Cindy’s place was exactly as pictured. It was clean and can’t beat the views. Cindy was very helpful in making recommendations and accommodating us. We will always try to stay at her condo when we go to Miami.

One of the best, if not the best AirBnB that I’ve ever stayed at, beautiful view, very reasonably priced, and was within walking distance of many different shops and restraints. Will visit again!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Gabriela made my birthday trip a home away from home. She was very responsive and had clear instructions with pictures attached. The home was just enough for me and my boyfriend. I even cooked a few meals and felt at home. 10’s across the board!!!

Thank you very much for hosting us. We had one of the best vacations ever. Everything from the service to the location was top notch. The unit was as advertised and Aljosha couldn’t be nicer. When I return, I hope to stay in the same unit. Highly recommend!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

Beautiful, safe, clean with a super convenient location. The building has upgraded security since becoming Lyfe. The elevators were all working and very clean! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this building. It's truly perfect on many levels! We will definitely be back!! We have no complaints at sll to report.

The building to the apartment was very friendly clean. The elevator was a little slow, but when we got to the room, a beautiful scenery, it smelt clean. The view was nice. I didn’t close my blinds during my stay. The best was comfortable. I didn’t wanna leave. I will be coming back to the same apartment it was walking distance to wherever you wanted to go restaurant drinks and clubbing

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment before our cruise. The unit is beautifully furnished and situated, we could even see our ship arriving from the balcony! The views, both day and night, are absolutely stunning. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and safe. Also a good feature is the free metro which is available conveniently right in front of the building, which saves time compared to taking an Uber, especially when the nearby bridge is open. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in downtown Miami! The location is super convenient, the apartment was very clean, and communication with Alberto was smooth throughout. The shared spaces were well-maintained and made for a comfortable experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to add some cozier lighting in the living room to make it feel even more inviting. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Justin’s Airbnb in Miami! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was clean, stylish, and exactly like the photos. The location was super convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. Check-in was easy, and Justin was a great host—friendly, responsive, and helpful. We felt safe, comfortable, and right at home. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re visiting Miami. Would 100% stay here again!

My stay in the property was fantastic! The location of the apartment is in the heart of Brickell, therefore stores, restaurants and a mall are walking distance from it. The apartment was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and very well equipped. The building has a pool and a gym, restaurants and a coffee shop. Calma as host was very communicative, answered all questions and checked in to ensure our stay was going well. I would totally book it if i visit Miami again with my family or my friends.

Overall, the condo was wonderful - great walkable location with tons of restaurants and things to do, cozy, and comfortable. However we had a couple hiccups that made the stay less than ideal. The morning of our arrival, the air conditioning system broke - making it extremely hot inside the condo for the first day. The owner was great at communicating and stayed on site until the AC was fixed, which we appreciated. There is an app that is required to access the elevators, gym, pool, and all of the doors within the building, but the app didn’t work several times so it seemed to be more of a headache than necessary. Would still definitely recommend if you’re in the Miami area.
