I loved our stay. I was able to completely relax and enjoy my vacation time. the host, David was friendly and informative. He made certain that we understood their expectations and was available for any questions I had. I will definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Drew’s place. It felt like a family home. Everyone in my group enjoyed the amenities in the home and the bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels.

Julia was a great host. Good at checking in and quick with responding. The house was lovely, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

Everything was just like the pictures. I would definitely stay again.

As written in the guestbook by our 9 year old daughter: We had a great time at your house. The outdoor and indoor parts of the house were super fun to play in! The WiFi was great! The game room was amazing! We loved that there was TVs in every room and the fact we did not have to split a room if we did not want to. The couches were very comfy and nice to watch TV! 10/10 house! The home was amazing. Very well decorated, clean and chocked full of everything I would need for my daughter's pool party/sleepover like extra roll out beds, pool toys, extra beach towels. Instructions were clear and it was easy to access the home. Would definitely recommend.

Don't let this being a "new" listing make you question anything, my best friend and I have been coming here for years and just like the first time, it is an absolute gem. The space: it is 2 bedrooms, both good in size and comfort. The kitchen has everything you'd need for quick meals, but let's be honest, you're going to Memphis so may as well just use it for some late night pizzas! The living room is a good size and it is perfect for hanging out. The area: it is most definitely walkable to downtown and Beale, or to the baseball stadium. There are a couple fantastic restaurants within a block, and you MUST go get chicken at Gus's. The secured parking and reserved spot give you a sense of peace knowing your car is safe. The owners: absolutely fantastic. The current owners were co-hosts when we started coming here, and they did not miss a beat. Always responsive, great recommendations, and just a pleasure to do business with. All in all, if this place available, book it. 10/10

Great place and super convenient for Beale street fun. For anyone staying there in the future, the times the street closes is not consistent. Street was supposed to close at 4p, was closed by 3:15. This made unloading a chore. Not a complaint, just a PSA. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Lovely stay and Kylie is super communicative and allowed us early check in. She has everything you'd need for a quick trip! Beautifully decorated and tucked away.

Great trip experience! I can't emphasize enough how great of an Air Bnb experience this was. The place is spacious and immaculate. The hosts are very nice. We had a minor issue on arrival. The host went above and beyond to fix it. He had it fixed in a matter of time that would not have thought possible. The location cannot be beat. This is a must stay in Memphis.

The place was beautiful! The home is spacious well-equipped and comfortable. It’s centrally located with easy access to museums, sporting events, shopping and amenities. The team was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend choosing this home for your next stay in Memphis.

Wayne was a great host! I loved everything about this house, from the time I walked in it felt like home. I had a slight issue with something and he immediately started to help and showed how concern he was. The pictures are exactly like how the house is. Great for a getaway/ double date trip! Great location, games in the home and a amazing back yard! I will be coming back to visit!

My wife and I had 3 nights in Memphis. The location is very central and we walked and caught the public bus to many places and eateries we wanted to go to (bus stop out front). There’s nice Chinese around the corner and the Peabody is right there. The exterior of building is currently under renovation but inside is clean and cool. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean on entry. The first thing though that grabs your attention is the view… straight over the river to Arkansas. The bridge lights up at night. We had pretty bad weather so Netflix came in handy a couple of times. The bed is on the soft side for those that have a personal preference, but we both slept well. It’s very quiet inside. Caution advised walking the streets at night but that’s the case throughout all of Downtown I’d say. Maira was very prompt with her communication and I’m sure she would’ve assisted if a problem arose. It was great value for money and I would stay there again.
