To be very clear, this is a different category of Penthouse than anything else you might see listed in Halifax. At 5 bedrooms, large kitchen, large dining room, large lounging area and at 3800 square feet this is the biggest and most luxurious apartment you will find. This truly is the perfect downtown location. With this luxury comes responsibility there is zero tolerance for noise so no parties. More picture to come! There are 2 bedrooms, 1 sitting room and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sitting-room has table and chairs, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, coffee, tea, BUT, "no kitchen". TV with cable and has WiFi - wireless. There is a heatpump in the sitting room that provides heat and air conditioning in that room. No parties allowed in the suite.
