LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! My wonderful downtown home is less than 5 minute walk to Heritage Square at the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. It is also 1 block away from Wheeler Park (where they host wonderful festivals & summer farmer’s markets). The FUTS (Flagstaff Unified Trail System) is also 1 minute away for runners! This is a really more of a 3 room home! Two are proper bedrooms with Queen beds and the third is the large living room with a door for total privacy, with twin bed.

An expansive outdoor deck features a relaxation area with a large dining table shaded by a large umbrella. The deck includes a hot tub and space for seating, surrounded by privacy fencing and natural landscaping for a serene environment.
