Built in 2017 on a quiet street in historic downtown Flagstaff. A 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff, 2 blocks to Thorpe park and unlimited hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.

Ellie's Enclave is a lower-level apartment in the Judge Jones Historic Homes, built-in 1915. It's in the heart of the city, near bars, restaurants, shops, urban trails, and parks. The apartment has a spacious kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom with new furnishings and historical charm. The space includes a bedroom and a small kitchen with all of the essentials that expands into the living room area. The cottage is attached to our family home, so quiet hours are from 9 pm on.
