The Brannen-Devine House

This adorable, fully-fenced, cottage home built in 1892 is known to the people of Flagstaff as the Brannen-Devine Home. This treasured piece of history has been completely restored and renovated in 2019-2020 and is part of the National Registry. It houses brand new furnishings, and is equipped with what guests need to have a pleasant vacation. The home is also within walking distance to the ever-popular downtown. This is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to check out the downtown scene and be walking distance to great restaurants, shops, events and more. The space includes a bedroom and a small kitchen with all of the essentials that expands into the living room area. The cottage is attached to our family home, so quiet hours are from 9 pm on.

A radiant heat concrete floor on the 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.
