The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as described in the listing — if not better. The views of the Marina were absolutely stunning, especially at night! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and public transport. It was the ideal base for exploring Dubai. The building itself was secure and well-maintained, with great amenities like the gym and pool. Our host was fantastic — super responsive, friendly, and helpful with great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and we felt right at home the entire time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Dubai Marina. We’d definitely come back again!

I had a fantastic stay at Vadim Place in Business Bay, Dubai. The apartment itself was lovely and very clean, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience – it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the biggest highlights was the nice location. Being near the promenade was incredibly convenient – I loved being able to easily pick up an e-bike and cycle to Dubai Mall in just about 20 minutes, which was a great way to explore the area. Beyond the great place and location, the host was truly exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions or provide assistance, which made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Plus, they were not disturbing your stay at all, contributing to that wonderful "at home" feeling. I highly recommend Vadim Place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Dubai with a very attentive and considerate host. You won't be disappointed!

It is such a gorgeous apartment with so many amenities and such a gorgeous view! the hosts are up there with some of the loveliest people we have known! they went above and beyond for us on numerous occasions and further recommended sights for us as well as booking the observation deck for our last night for us! if you are looking to book an Airbnb for dubai we highly recommend this apartment!! we will definitely be back next year🤍

One of the best hosts we’ve had ever for an Airbnb, always responsive, informative and helpful. The apartment is located in 15 Northside which is one of the best residential buildings in Business Bay and the apartment has a canal view with Burn Khalifa view. Few steps away from downtown and has some of the most beautiful scenery in Dubai.

Beautiful apartment and great location with a lot of good restaurants and DMCC metro station right outside the building. I loved everything about my stay specially the bedroom with comfy bed and blackout curtains.

Easy detailed instructions. Flexible check-in with the lock. Beach and Swimming pool are really nice. Good place to disconnect yet close to old Dubai and business bay. Apartment super clean and with all the possible needs covered. fully assorted kitchen, nice tv, full washing machine and dishwasher... Host very responsive with very detailed instructions nothing left to chance. Recommend!

Definitely will be coming back here again. The apartment was amazing, spacious and had a small balcony with a great view. It’s so easy to get to places from here and you’re conveniently close to Dubai Marina Mall. Walid was also an excellent host and made me feel right at home.

The location is super convenient, just 13 minutes from the airport. The lobby looks nice, and the inside is exactly as described on Airbnb. I really like the simple design, especially the marble dining table and wooden coffee table. There are also several essential oil diffusers, which create a nice atmosphere. It’s great that they provide snacks too. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!

We stayed in this dream apartment. Host Raymond welcomed us very warmly and always responded quickly to our questions. When we arrived, he had nice touches. The apartment is beautiful, clean. And everything is well thought out. Very well equipped kitchen, bathroom with hair dryer, bathrobe. Beach bag and linen. Quiet place away from the hustle and bustle but close to the different possibilities of activities. Beautiful private beach. We were able to enjoy the gym overlooking the sea and the Atlantic. Very nice pool. Everything was really perfect. Best place we've booked. And we hope to be back soon.
