Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Downtown Atlanta

As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted with a fresh, clean scent. Everything was in its place, and it was clear that cleanliness and presentation were important to him and his team. The coffee station made our mornings feel special and easy. The towel service was hotel-quality, soft, and clean. Michael and his team didn’t miss a beat when it came to the essentials. It was all there, thoughtfully provided. That level of detail and care really helped us settle in quickly and feel at home. The home itself is beautiful and comfortable I really value communication. Michael and his team provided incredibly clear instructions for check-in, parking/navigating his home In a world where customer service can often feel rushed or impersonal, it was refreshing to stay somewhere that felt intentional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. It’s clear Michael takes pride in hosting and understands what it means to help people feel at home. Thank you again, Michael, for being such a thoughtful host.

Melisa was the best at answering any questions or concerns I had . She communicated the whole time prior to our arrival all to us departing, the home looks exactly like the pics, so if you’re thinking about booking this Air BNB let me just say Don’t Hesitate!!!!! This home was simply amazing. The description of the home was so beautiful and accommodating. It was located near several attractions and the community itself was so beautiful. We will definitely choose this home again for our next visit to Atlanta.

Jaya's place is even nicer in person than in the pictures! 3 of us stayed and had a small handful of work colleagues over some of the evenings and it was perfect. The house is large and open and has a beautiful deck and garden for a great indoor/outdoor experience. Also very conveniently located and walkable. Would absolutely stay again when I'm visiting ATL for work!

Ami’s place was the perfect getaway! It felt private but in such a great convenient area. I had 2 young kids with me and felt very safe. We walked to an amazing Italian Restaurant a block from the house and enjoyed to-go on the gorgeous roof deck. We also enjoyed a walk to Donnie’s Donuts which the kids loved. The kitchen had everything we needed and this Mom was able to enjoy fresh grinded coffee every morning which Ami provided. The house had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. This is the upper unit and there’s about 4 different stairs leading up to the main bedroom and roof deck so keep that in mind but again, no issues for the little ones. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

This lovely cottage is in the perfect location, close to Grant Park and the Zoo, and is an easy drive to amenities such as grocery stores and restaurants. The house has a great backyard, is in a peaceful neighborhood and backs onto an urban garden/park which was a perfect place to walk my pup. The house itself is very comfortable with a great kitchen and living area. The description of the property was perfect, the instructions to find and enter the house were spot on and the hosts were great communicators, and responded quickly to any question I had. I highly recommend this spot, and hope to be back when I next visit Atlanta, if it is available!

Sarah’s place was perfect for what we needed. Walkable to the Georgia Aquarium, children’s museum, Coca-Cola museum, Centennial Park, restaurants, stores and other attractions. Beautiful apartment, with an outstanding city view (especially at night). If you ever need a place to stay in downtown Atlanta don’t hesitate to book with Sarah!

The BNB was super cute and cozy; exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful with any issue. Great location only about 15-20 minutes to everything. The stay was great and I would definitely book again!

We had a great stay. Minty looked after us very well. The original place we booked became unavailable a few days before we arrived because a previous guest had smoked in the property - but Minty were very proactive - and gave us the choice of three or four other properties at the same price. We felt well looked after. The property was very clean and cozy - and in a very nice area. It was quiet and we felt absolutely safe. Easy walking distance to large supermarket and other stores - and also right next to the Inman Park subway station. We had a great few days.

Second time in the lovely apparement of Debra and Denis. I enjoyed every moment ! The location is perfect, in the middle of a park, with the city centre easily accessible by bike. The neighborhood is amazing with a grocery and restaurants close by. Debra and Denis care for you feeling at home. A must!

Great stay. Only thing was the ice maker didn’t work but he offered to bring ice or uber it to me. Would stay again. Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and close to the park which was nice for runs. :)

Beautiful apartment, clean, great area. Nice stay overall, my only issue was the host did respond fast but had poor communication & wasn’t very helpful at times.

This was an absolutely amazing get away in a wonderful area. I will recommend everyone I know to book with this host. Whenever we were lost he was able to give instructions with no concerns. Definitely will book again!

Really enjoyed my stay here. House was very clean and spacious . Everything worked perfectly. They provided everything we needed from kitchen supplies , bedding , and Toweling. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I would recommend yhis place to anyone it was a besutiful well kept home that had everything we needed. It really exceeded our expections we will use this place again in the future.

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

This villa had everything we needed. Sara was very responsive with any questions I had. The pool was perfect and I would definitely recommend heating if you travel during cool months. The home is spacious & very accommodating for a family gathering!

We will definitely book Tunde home again. The kids loved the pool, movie theater and game room. Guest who came by loved the house as well. It was enough space for everyone. The house was great and everyone loved it.

Sara communicated perfectly. It was a lovely home in a lovely area. Home is at a busy intersection. But private because of the landscaping. We enjoyed the back deck in the evenings.

Modern, CLEAN, and in a safe neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive with any issues, and it was very up-scale. Great option for a family.
