Great location, quiet and convenient. Publix a short walk, along with restaurants and other points of interest. Parking was accessible. Did not enjoy the amenities of the building but nice to have.

Great view! Host was attentative, responded promptly when I had questions. Whole Foods was nearby which was a extra plus 😁

Convenient, well appointed apartment that's great for short term or extended stays. I only was there for 2 nights but could easily have used this as an extended stay as Washer dryer was great. parking in the garage was great, the kitchen was stocked with some essentials other than just pots and pans with spices , oil,etc. It's right next to Piedmont Park so great for those looking for that convenience. very walkable, ealways felt safe, easy to go out and exercise WiFi was strong. would book again

First, the pictures don’t do the place due justice! The home has a lot more space than I anticipated based off of the photos. Not that I needed much space as a solo traveler, but it was still a pleasant surprise. Kel’s place is aesthetically pleasing, and well equipped with all you need for a stay. It was also both clean, and in an amazing location. It’s well situated with its decor, and furnishings, and the communication with the host was great, start to finish— and the bed/mattress— so damn comfortable that I didn’t want to get up!! Overall, fantastic stay at a clean and beautiful home, in a safe and walkable area, with a pleasant and responsive host. I couldn’t ask for more, and will certainly look to book this space again the next time that I’m in Atlanta. Oh, and lastly, I didn’t notice ANY construction noise during my stay, although construction was going on in proximity to the building. Thanks for the hospitality Kel’s!

Our stay was great. The home was cozy and peaceful. It felt calm and serene, simple but had everything we needed. Perfect location for driving distance for things we needed to do. Rafael was above and beyond with communication. He responded promptly with every question I had and he was super cool about everything. His home had a loving satisfying feel to it and it made you feel so relaxed, as if you were in your own home. I'm definitely staying there again when I can get back to Atlanta.

The host was lovely and the space was clean and exactly as pictured. It’s a simple spot that gets the job done; nothing flashy, but functional. The neighborhood has its own kind of charm, though it may not be everyone’s vibe. Still, for what I needed, it worked out just fine.

Absolutely stunning home in a prestigious neighborhood—within 30 minutes of prime restaurants, shopping, and countless other attractions. The house itself is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The host communicated only when necessary and was respectful of our privacy. As a bonus, the modern architecture is a pleasant treat and there's an excellent book collection on-site if you're into that kind of thing and have time to kill during your stay.

Xavier is a star host! His place is clean and well equipped! I absolutely fell in love with the bathroom in the master suite! Also when we arrived we had snacks, drinks, waters, coffee and enough toiletries to last the 3 days we were there. If I am ever in the Atlanta area again I will be staying here again.

Jade’s home was perfect for our mini vacation! The location is spectacular, right in the middle of everything!! It’s clean, beautiful and cozy. The pool was the cherry on top! Don’t pause on this little jewel!!

Lovely location right around Freedom Park, super close to one of my favorite spots in town Manuel’s! I frequent Atlanta often, and this Airbnb is PERFECT for a quick girls weekend or two couples! Super eclectic, the entire space in tastefully decorated and my friend and I loved the private courtyard in the back. Amenities were lovely with lots of coffee, sugars and cream on hand, a few spices, and even a Britta in the fridge and ice molds (full!) in the freezer. And the beds were very comfortable too, another added plus! I’m normally a fan of staying primarily in Cabbagetown when I visit, but I am very excited to come stay in this neighborhood and in this Airbnb again in the future.

Our recent stay at this incredible Airbnb in Atlanta was absolutely perfect for our wedding festivities! We booked it to host both the bridal party and our wonderful friends celebrating Pride, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how welcoming and beautifully appointed the space was. The layout was ideal for a group, offering plenty of comfortable common areas for us to gather, laugh, and make unforgettable memories, while also providing cozy private spaces for everyone to relax. The thoughtful touches throughout the home, from the ample amenities to the stylish decor, truly made us feel at home and pampered. The location in Atlanta was fantastic, making it easy for us to get to all our wedding events and also explore the vibrant city, especially enjoying the Pride celebrations. We are so incredibly grateful for the hospitality and the impeccable condition of the property. It truly provided the perfect backdrop for such a special time.

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

Eve was an amazing host and the apartment was a super convenient location. But after dark there were several groups of men that hung out outside the building and would try to get in or sell drugs. Very very nice apartment would stay here again

This was a great stay for a conference nearby. Just the basics and clean but with a great view. It is an older building but Vion has obviously done a lot to try to enhance this space which I appreciated. Also Vion surpassed my expectations as a great host which is almost an amenity of its own.

Beth is incrediblely responsive, provided clear directions on check in/check out, and kept household essentials well stocked. Beth did two things that really made this stay stick out that I really appreciate: 1) I had some delayed incoming travel, and Beth was both incredibly responsive and accommodating for when I would actually check in. 2) This is a great place to work remote. The internet download speeds are consistently above 250MBps download and 35MBps upload. I really enjoyed my stay!

it was great! we had everything we needed. it was close to Marta which was wayyyy cheaper than Uber to the Airport. Uber to the condo from the airport was almost $60. Marta was $7 for 2 people! we went to the GWCC for Momocon and it was about a 30 minute walk. But there were Lime and Bird bikes and scooters everywhere! We loved having a kitchen and a separate bedroom. My son enjoyed having the whole living area to himself and the husband and I took the bedroom. Bed was super comfortable! John was very good at communicating throughout our stay. lobby attendants were friendly and helpful. There is a liquor store, ice cream shop and mailing/package store attached to the building. Mail store was super helpful shipping souvenirs instead of traveling with them. oh and having a balcony that overlooked the city was a nice bonus. John was even gracious enough to extend our checkout so we didn't have to sit in the airport for hours! overall, very pleased and would stay again.

Andre's condo was perfect! It was clean and in a great location of Midtown, ATL. The condo's listing is very accurate to what you see in person. Parking was very easy. And if you have guests, trying to find street parking was very easy and always available. I worked from the condo, and the WIFI is strong enough to support video calls. Andre is very helpful and responsive if there's any questions or concerns. The only con I would say about this place is that the AC is a bit loud as other people have mentioned. However, I like a fan or sound machine noise when I sleep, so it didn't bother me. Andre does supply a sound machine for guests. Thank you Andre, I would definitely stay at your place again!
