Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Asheville

Absolutely loved this place! I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs that feel like they were renovated as cheaply and quickly as possible. That is absolutely not the case here. Everything felt thoughtful and intentional. It’s absolutely gorgeous, I don’t feel like the photos did it justice. The area is great as well. West Asheville is one of our favorite parts of town so the location was perfect. Highly recommend staying with Katlin!

I had a truly lovely stay at this Airbnb in Asheville! The room was cozy and clean, with large windows that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The property had a beautiful garden that felt like a hidden retreat, and I especially loved watching the small squirrels, birds, and or chipmunks, make their daily visits. It was peaceful, refreshing, and the perfect spot to unwind. The host was friendly and respectful of privacy. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Asheville!

This is one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! This room is very spacious, clean, and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Perfect location for visiting the blue ridge parkway, Pisgah NF, Asheville and Black Mountain! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the area!

This was the perfect place to stay—great location, super convenient for everything we wanted to do. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the stocked coffee, which made our mornings even better. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best rentals my husband and I have stayed in! I was very pleased with how clean the space was. We also enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and bars. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. We will definitely be back the next time we come to west Asheville!

Susan’s place was quiet, clean, and spacious! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our dog crates inside as well as a backyard and neighborhood for us to walk with our puppies! The sectional was great for movie watching at the end of a day exploring!

Decor? Gorgeous. Bathrooms? Pristinely cleaned. Amenities? Thoughtful. Beds? Comfy. Location? Walkable. This is such a gem of an Airbnb. My husband and I stayed here with our 18 month old and it was perfect! The space is exceptionally clean and in such a great location. We were able to walk downtown very easily and enjoyed how close we were to a great coffee shop and all of the grocery stores!

Our family had an amazing stay. The location is very convenient. The home is charming with everything you can need. The little touches such as robes and fire starters are so thoughtful. We felt welcome and right at home. We love the area and hope to be back soon. Thank you!

Jenn was attentive and accommodating. She was available for lots of in-the-moment questions and she orchestrated the sweetest welcome signs and treats for me and my kitty! She even allowed a later check out time. I really enjoyed her cozy cottage and would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time at Viktor's place in Asheville! Many hosts in the area are posting listings with washed out roads that are difficult to access but Viktor's is very easy to get to/from and there is a supermarket just a few minutes drive away. Firewood is kindly provided. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Overall a great experience

This place was perfect! We felt so comfortable and relaxed. It smelled good, looked good and was really clean! The hot tub was easy to use and we took advantage each night the weather allowed. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely stay again! Graham was very responsive and helpful. We had not a single thing we didn’t like or wished was different. If I could give it 100 stars I would. Oh yes, easy storage to unpack and “live” here for a week!

It was great. Just as described. There are chickens down the road you can feed and they have a farm stand! He left lots of local reccs for the stay as well. The ladder is a bit wobbly, so just be really careful when getting into the loft! Great stay and location. Would def recommend.

Trout Lily cottage was completely charming! The hosts have done an excellent job creating a comfortable and updated space that feels true to the character of the house and community. All the little touches that make for a great AirBNB we’re there - comfortable bed with a firm mattress, good water pressure in the shower, enough hooks in the bathroom, coffee maker and coffee available for your morning. All within a short, easy walk to everything downtown Asheville has to offer.

Had a lovely stay before exploring Biltmore. Really close to Biltmore and downtown!

The place was great and just a few minute drive from The Biltmore! Place was so nice it felt like we were the first people to stay there!

Ali’s place is located 8 mins driving from west Asheville and 15 mins driving from downtown . It is pretty conveniently located and the sauna on-site was amazing . Bed was comfortable and was a great place to stay for 2 nights ! Thanks so much !

Great location! It was practically across the street from Asheville Yards. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town for a concert.

This places was exactly what we needed, Jacob was always a quick responder, and everything was clean and organized. Totally recommended.
