Private entrance guest suite in a rural setting!

This is a private guest suite, attached to our home, with its own private entrance. There is no common area to the main home. It features a queen bed in a separate nook, a living area with a pull out sofa bed, and private bathroom with shower. Included is a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee nook. The total room size is approximately 320 sq ft. Please note guests are required to climb 19 steps from driveway to our guest suite. Please consider your own abilities when booking.

Our home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are walking distance to downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence in 2009. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.
