Playgrounds, restaurants, convenience / gas station all within walking distance. Located 40 miles south of Rochester in a town of 450 people.

Super cute home. Directions on how to use everything on every item including switches. The yard was a great place to hang out and relax. It took only 5 minutes to get to the Mayo (Gondo building) from the house. The host was proactive, helpful and took pride in her work. No complaints and absolutely would stay again.

Close to Pikes peak state park, Backbone state park, effigy national monument and tons of playgrounds. The space is as described, and everything you need for a visit away. Would recommend and would stay again.
