Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are just 2 minutes from bayhealth hospital Milford campus, 10 minutes from DE turf & 20-30 minutes from all beaches. Early check in available upon request for 12:00pm, fee $100. During the summer months we offer our pool for guest use! We welcome families & fur babies! We do have 5 dogs ourself that roam freely in our backyard. PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY Pets crated when unattended!

SandyPaws Cottage at Big Stone Beach on the DE bay

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Cozy condo in a perfect location, close to Rehoboth and Lewes. This is a spacious and bright ground level condo 2bedrooms/2 full bathrooms in Sandpiper Village. Is a perfect spot for having a great time with family, friends or couples. Sandpiper Village its located between Rehoboth Beach (3.5miles) and Lewes (4 miles). Our condo unit includes free parking, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Youtube TV /wi-fi. We supply sheets and towels.

Charming home close to the DE Truf fields and 40 minutes to the Delaware beaches, Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. This charming house is two main bedrooms and bath on the second floor. Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with far fewer visitors. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.
