Stone house 10 minutes from the beaches

Large newly renovated stone house, on the ground floor: living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the 2nd, 3 bedrooms, a games room/tv and a bathroom. Toilets on each floor. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available for your use. Outside, two terraces, a garden, a barbecue, a ping-pong table and a garden shed. The house is functional and full of charm. Cleaning fee on request at €90

We look forward to welcoming you to our studio in Dover la Délivrande. It is located 4 km from the beach. Ideal starting point to visit the landing beaches, Caen, Bayeux, Arromanches, Deauville, Cabourg, Houlgate. It is upstairs in a recent pavilion in a quiet subdivision. An outdoor entrance is reserved for you after you park nearby in my secure parking area. Remember to check out "the check-in procedure" to access the studio with peace of mind.

Welcome to our Balinese-style little house, ideal for a stay for a couple, combining relaxation and discovery. 400 m from the town center (restaurants, shops, cinema, aquatic center) and 3 km from Luc-sur-Mer beach. The price includes the main bed for 2 people. The sofa bed can be prepared upon request with linen provided for €15. Also discover the Basilica, the Baronnie, the radar station, and the nearby D-Day landing beaches.

It is located on the ground floor of a beautiful 19th century building, inhabited by the owners. It has a central location for easy and pleasant travel to visit the area (D-Day landing beaches in particular). Comfortable and peaceful, shops and aquatic center nearby (< 1 km).
