Vacation rentals with lake access in Douglasville

Cute and cozy cottage! Host was exceptionally responsive which was greatly appreciated as we had a little difficulty finding the driveway. Would definitely return!. It is important to be aware that the wall between the bedrooms does not go all the way up, so the bedrooms are not private although this was not a huge issue for us.

Beverly was responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our experience. The home worked well for our needs. it was easy to access and equipped with everything we needed. TVs are modern, good sizes, and nicely positioned. Primary bed is comfy and we enjoyed the quality bedding. overall a lovely stay.

Overall the place was nice. Very spacious nice neighborhood clean home. I did, however, have an issue with the hot tub not being cleaned out, and in addition the strict noise complaints promptly after 11. I understand quiet hours, but if you’re telling me I can’t speak after 11 it basically seems like you’re enforcing a bed time.

The house was the perfect lake home for what we needed and wanted while visiting local family —comfortable, welcoming, plenty of spaces to gather and relax, yet big enough for private accommodations and rest. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the lake, but sure enjoyed the view and peaceful location. It’s why we chose a house over a hotel—the conveniences and coziness of home—with special touches in every room. And especially appreciated the convenience of streaming services with no wifi challenges that we on occasion face with rentals. It truly felt like we stayed with friends.

My family and I have made a point to make this our family tradition. From the moment we went there it felt like home. Arlene was and has always been absolutely amazing. This has now been our fourth trip there in a row and we only go back because of Arlene and the place has been so welcoming. Any chance we get to book this location we do in a heartbeat. I’ve never felt so comfortable relaxed and enjoyed a place like we all do this one. It’s our home away from home, and that is priceless

Marchet was an exceptional hostess who was always responsive and easy to communicate with. Her home was comfortable, peaceful & cozy with every ammenity that you could possibly need. I would absolutely recommend her home for anyone! We would definitely come back! Happy we found her! ☺️

Sedhari’s place was just as pictured! Nice and clean 😊 I loved that Sedhari had us a bottle of wine, new tooth brushes dove soap all the accommodations an Airbnb should have! The kitchen was fully stocked and even a few needed seasonings were left in the kitchen! We originally booked for 5 days, but needed to extend it by 2 days Sedhair did it without hesitation! Thanks again for an amazing stay!

The perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the fire pit. We would love to stay here again.

This place was perfect for us! We had a concert to attend at the Coca Cola Roxy and this home was an easy 6 minute walk to the venue! They left very clear instructions (that I may have overlooked for some information) but were very friendly when I messaged them for clarification. Their response time is the best I’ve ever experienced on AirBnB. Mostly getting back to us in under 20 minutes. The place was well kept and had plenty of glasses and kitchen equipment if needed. We didn’t get a chance to visit the lake behind the place since it rained most of the time we stayed but it was stunning enough that we were able to keep the curtains drawn to enjoy the view. For the most part the neighborhood was quiet and made it a wonderful stay. When we make it back out to Atlanta this place will be first on my list!!

Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

This place was everything I needed, maybe too much space for a solo traveler. There was enough space for me plus 2 -3 more comfortably. I didn’t use the kitchen or the pool on site however, both looked inviting to use. I did take a walk around the pond near by and caught a game at Truist park, also near by. I would come back

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

Great place, stayed for a braves game. It was a short walk to the stadium and not having to worry about parking and traffic was a plus. Would stay again there was great feedback and response and instructions on check in/check out.

I had a wonderful time at Anthony and Kendra’s cottage. The tranquil location was ideal, and I loved spending mornings on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee and listening to the sounds of birds and wildlife. The spacious and beautifully decorated cottage had all the amenities I required. When I return to visit family in the area, I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

For what we needed this place had everything ! If you are traveling with a couple keep in mind this is a studio type space- everything is open.

We stayed at the Cottage for a wedding event nearby. We loved the coziness of the Cottage and the view of the woods with the beautiful fall leaves was amazing!! Would highly recommend!!

We loved our stay at Carmen’s place. They were super responsive and willing to accommodate to our needs specially with a big group. Such a beautiful place the lake and the trees were stunning. We are super happy with our stay

We decided to make a short trip up to Atlanta for a Braves game and the Aquarium. We were even able to fit in some dinner with family in Marietta. This place provided a nice relaxing place for us to settle between everything and allow us to bring our wonderful dog along. The owners were very responsive and helpful. From the beginning, we had no trouble getting inside and settling. Inside is a bit cozy and has a homey feel to it with a great view of the lake they're sitting on. Outside is a newer spacious trex (or comparable) decking out over the lake with some paddle boards and kayaks that were available for use. It was very nice to hang out there, chat and sip on a beer. Just a peaceful setting that was much needed. The only thing that was a little difficult to manage was the shower due to it's size but we both handled it fairly well. Overall, I'd say this was an excellent experience and would certainly do this again. Thank you!!

A beautiful peaceful place in the middle of the city.. My daughter did not want to leave & I already miss the gorgeous, quiet, serene surroundings.

We loved our stay at the blue cottage! It had tons of great amenities and we felt at home during our stay. We will definitely be back!
