Jennifer’s place was perfect for our family trip to South Lake Tahoe! It was beautiful inside and out and a quick walk to the lake!

Paula's place was wonderful - exactly as described, quite clean and in a great location. It had everything we needed. Paula was also extremely helpful, we appreciated how quickly she responded and how considerate she was.

The location was convenient and close to south lake. The place was well equipped all across and of course as shown in pics, the view from the living room was spectacular!

Our host was amazing! This home was beautiful the view was amazing. Close enough to everything but far enough for a calm and peaceful vacation.

We had a little hiccup with the hot water but Alexandra fixed it promptly. Also there are quite a few stairs to get access to the home, keep that in mind when hauling luggage and groceries in.

Beautiful home with all the amenities we needed. Check in and checkout were super easy and Dawn had great communication. Location was a quick walk to Heavenly. Very peaceful and relaxing location. The home was our base for running the Tahoe 200 and it made the start/finish travel time 2-3 minutes. Enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back for another stay.

Karen’s place was lovely. The space was clean and you cannot beat the location.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chris’ house. The house fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is great. Bathrooms are very nice, and the heated floors were a nice touch! My grandma has mobility issues so the front pathway into the house was hard with her walker, so Chris left the garage opener so we could use that. Thank you so much for that.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. We especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the easy check-in process. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Tahoe!

My family loved the home , very spacious. Check in was easy it was 10mins from everything we wanted to do . Would definitely love to stay again if we decide to return in the future.

Lovely home by the woods! A very convenient location to everything South Lake Tahoe and the gated backyard was great for our dogs. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great communication and check-in was a breeze. Nice location. We stay in Tahoe a lot. Enjoyed the quietness of the location. The house was perfect for the kids. It had everything needed to get by. The renovations on the house were enjoyable. Price was good for what we paid. Only downside was an early checkout at 10. It made it difficult for us having 3 kids. Wish it was 11. Besides that I would definitely stay here again!!!

Great place for a quick bachelor party weekend! Host was communicative and a joy to work with. The backyard is nice and the house is gorgeous.

My husband and I stayed with another couple for our first ever visit to Lake Tahoe. The home is in a beautiful, private, quiet setting. The lake was visible through the gorgeous pines of the region. The place was even more lovely in person, tastefully decorated and furnished. I look for homes with spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms with lots of counter space, and I hope for plentiful plush towels and nice linens. This home checks all those boxes! Matt was very thorough with info needed for the place and was timely to respond from booking to checkout, and we appreciated the short list of things to do to before we left. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Very wonderful home, very accommodating to pets or service animals and provides anything you could think you need in a home. We brought a kennel but we found that he provided one which is very nice. The home is close to stores and casinos, maybe 15 minutes. The patio, hot tub, home was all perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Thomas’s property is in a quiet, residential subdivision with its own beach, next door to Zephyr Cove Resort. Staying in Zephyr Cove is a great alternative to South Lake Tahoe. It’s just far enough away from town to avoid all the traffic and hoards of people, but it’s only about a 10 minute drive to Stateline / Heavenly areas. There’s even a Safeway nearby. The private beach is sandy, clean, large and was not crowded. It has beautiful views of Zephyr Cove to across Lake Tahoe and features some amazing sunsets. It’s an easy walk from the cabin with only a slight elevation gain on the walk back. In the backyard there was a little wagon we used to haul our beach gear. The cabin had plenty of space for us all to spread out and relax, and made it easy to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen is large with plenty of pots and pans, utensils, glassware and dishes, etc. The adjacent dining area has a beautiful oak table with plenty of seating.

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even accepting our booking on short notice, which we really appreciated. The home was beautiful - very clean, updated, and well-maintained. All the beds were very comfortable, and the space easily fit our group. We felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including quality pans and knives, a blender, air fryer, and a dual coffee maker, which made cooking and mornings super easy. We also appreciated that the bathrooms were well stocked for us, which was a thoughtful touch. The backyard amenities were a great bonus and made the space even more enjoyable. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

Great host and location. Ally’s home is thoughtfully equipped and very cozy. I especially enjoyed hanging out in the yard, and the welcome package was a nice touch! I also really appreciated Ally’s responsiveness when I had a question about telecommuting, and the flexibility checking out was much appreciated. Thanks again!
