It offers 2 bedrooms, a parking space right in front of the house, and plenty of great advice on visits, restaurants, and more! Its atmosphere in winter is especially cozy. Pets are welcome. We genuinely want you to feel comfortable and at home.

Very nice 145 m2 house completely renovated on one level with its 400 m2 enclosed courtyard in the troglodyte village of Rochemenier. It consists of an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room and 40 m2 living room with large bay windows. On the right side of the house you will find a master bedroom with shower room and toilet and on the left side a toilet, shower room as well as 3 double bedrooms. Wood stove. Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
