Monthly Rentals in Doubleview

Lain's property is a beautiful 2-storey house, located conveniently with Westfield Innaloo Mall (we went daily to get grocery) less than 10mins drive and a breakfast cafe - Little Sisto just 5 mins drive (we went 3 out of the 5 days). Modernly decorated, with standalone aircon units in the living room, master bedroom on the ground floor and one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The one bedroom with no aircon unit has a big window for cool air to enter. However, superhost Lain went the extra mile and kindly provided a standing fan, just in case. Sheets were extremely clean, pillows and beds were of good quality. My family of 6 (including 3 oldies and 1 child) slept well in this cosy home. Kitchen was very well equipped with a full set of knives and pots/pans of different sizes. Love the spacious 2-door refrigerator. Laundry room has a dryer and a washer in gd condition. Appreciate his kind gesture of providing us a welcome drink and chips. He was also very responsive. A gem!l

The location is just perfect — only a few minutes’ drive to Scarborough Beach, so we spent most evenings there watching the sunset. It’s right next to the stunning West Coast Drive, with everything we needed just a short walk away. The house felt like a peaceful little retreat. Sharon clearly has great taste — every time we came back after a day out, it was like stepping into a calm, welcoming home. She went out of her way to make us comfortable, even making us delicious tea every day. We had a little hiccup with the key on our first day, but Sharon was so kind and thoughtful, checking if we’d waited too long outside. When we left, she gave us a lovely gift — such a sweet and generous gesture. We also loved her two dogs, Jazz and Smokey — so friendly and full of character. We hope they stay happy and well! Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Perth. Don’t hesitate to book — this place is special!

Our family of 3 adults, a toddler and a baby stayed here for 9 days. It was one of the loveliest houses we’ve stayed. Bedrooms were big and spacious and the bed was so comfortable. My kids had a wonderful time playing in the living room and they also liked reading the Peppa pig books in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a nice dining area with a high baby chair we could have our family meals together at. Location was awesome as well! There was a park just a few minutes walk away and the kids loved going there to play with the friendly dogs and at the playground. Scarborough beach was also a short drive away and so was Karrinyup mall which had restaurants, supermarkets and everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back next time!

Mrs Karen was extremely gracious and accommodating. She made sure that I've got what I need during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience.
