The accommodation is very close to the ski slope, the shop, ski trails and snowmobile trails. In the middle of the village on the Avasjö side. 300 meters to the nearest restaurant. Own sledding hill outside the house with BBQ. Bobsleds and sleds are available to borrow. It is about 200 meters to the hill system with children's lift, off-piste skiing, snowmobile trail. Close to hiking trails, mushrooms, berries, hunting and fishing. About 500 meters to Ica and gas station.

The house is located in the suburbs of Strömsund and in about 5 minutes walking distance you will find a grocery store. The city center with larger stores and various services is 1.5-2 km away. The surroundings are perfect for different types of leisure activities. The neighborhood has a great view of the reservoir, surrounded by very beautiful nature and rich fishing. Located by itself in the middle of a mountain overlooking the Ångermanälven river. In clear weather, the mountains are visible 100 km away (Borgafjäll). Two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. 6 beds in total. Fully-equipped kitchen; oven + stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Toilet and shower with washing machine. Dog yard with room for 3 dogs. Pets are not allowed in the residential house. Fireplace and access to free firewood.

Stuga Björn - Quiet cabin at lake Edesjön

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

Farmers Shed

Located on the edge of the wooded Åsele, The Farmers Shed offers comfortable accommodation for 2 to 4 people in Swedish Lapland. This cottage is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, electric heating and an atmospheric fireplace for the colder evenings Indoors, you will find a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for couples or small families. All windows are fitted with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Free Wi-Fi and parking are included. Dogs are welcome by agreement.

Cozy farmhouse with proximity to the city center, hiking & biking trails, swimming lake & fishing (Note: NO cleaning or storage of fish is allowed inside the cabin!). The cabin has one double bedroom for 2 people, made up with light duvets & soft sheets. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining area & living room with fireplace. Toilet with shower, towels & shower supplies. No pets allowed! Check-in from 3 pm. Check-out by 11 am Disturbing music from cars can occur on weekends.

We are close at hand if you like, otherwise you are completely on your own.

The villa offers an L-shaped covered veranda with the possibility of setting up tables and chairs on two sides of the house. This allows you to have breakfast or barbecue outside even in not so nice weather. Outside the house there are large open spaces with lawns and direct access to the adjacent forest for long walks and hikes. The villa is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities.
