The apartment is on the 3rd floor (without an elevator) of a multi-family home (quiet cul-de-sac location). It's about a 10-15 minutes on foot. The town center with restaurants, supermarket + bakery can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Enjoy the tranquility in the beautiful Dornumersiel or explore the surroundings on a day tour to the East Frisian Islands, the seal banks or surrounding places.

Our lovingly furnished apartment Ankerplatz is located in the middle of the idyllic Dornumersiel Westerbur. The coastal resort of Dornumersiel, just 2 km away, can be reached in a 20-minute walk through the surrounding fields or in 10 minutes by bike. From the quietly located villa, the beach of Dornumersiel is in approx. 5 minutes by car. It can also be reached via the dike, on foot or by bike after about 3 km. The villa is ideally located to explore East Frisia and the East Frisian Islands.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
