Cosy, modern cottage in Grantown, private parking

Our cosy, modern 2 bedroom end-terrace cottage, is just off the High Street in Grantown on Spey. Private off-street parking and private garden. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs, a shower room/toilet and a living room with a large, comfortable corner sofa and TV with Freeview channels. There is also a lovely electric fireplace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with two single beds. On the landing, there is an office desk and chair.

Make your break simple in my calm, 2015 built, well insulated, warm holiday home, all on one level. A 5 minute walk into Dornoch with its stylish Scottish stone buildings, Cathedral, pubs, restaurants, cafes & gorgeous independent shops. Its one mile from the stunning beach and famous Royal Dornoch golf course. The house is our personal respite holiday home away from our Scottish Highlands rewilding croft 15 miles away. Dornoch has a special seaside micro climate and is always warmer than Muie!

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Situated on the banks of the River Ness, Wee Ness Lodge is centrally located for all the amenities Inverness has to offer including shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions which are all within walking distance. The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

With 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms the house sleeps 6 people and is perfect for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The contemporary open plan living area and external decking area are fantastic for socialising and entertaining with a backdrop of spectacular uninterrupted panoramic views of the Cairngorms. The house has been recently refurbished with the finest luxury furnishings.

Rose Cottage is a spacious, modernised 2 bedroom cottage situated in a peaceful courtyard close to the river Ness and the city centre. Recently fully renovated it is bright with a contemporary style and some unique original features like stone mantled fireplaces. It is just five minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, art galleries, museums and the theatre. Inverness is a small city with canal and river walks and is a great base for exploring the beautiful Scottish Highlands.
