Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten ehemaligen Pfarrhauses von 1819,das 2023/2024 grundlegend saniert wurde. Der Charme des alten Hauses mit Stall, Hof und Garten ist erhalten geblieben. Thörey liegt am Stadtrand von Erfurt, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur A4 und A71 , in sehr ruhiger Lage. Neben dem Thüringer Wald und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch Gotha, Eisenach und Weimar gut erreichbar. Für Mitarbeitende im Gewerbegebiete bieten sich Langzeitaufenthalte an.

Alternativ kann man zum Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten und zur Innenstadt (Anger) nur in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß laufen.

The old Ilm cycle path and the Ilm are right on the doorstep. The new Ilm cycle path on the old railway embankment is only 300m away. This is also where pure nature begins, whether on foot or by bike. Your bike is safe in the lockable bike shed. You reached the Rennsteig after 9 km.

Der Balkon mit Blick in den Innenhof ist ungestört und frei von Autolärm. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, da Sie sich in einer Nebenstraße befindet und nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße.
