The property was completed in early June 2024 and is the ideal base for cycling tours

A lovely cottage with a thatched roof. The former coachman's house is located on the grounds of the Niendorf estate. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view of the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. Free parking for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the remise. For additional people, guest rooms with bathroom/pantry can be booked.

The 35 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen with dishwasher and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 2 people. The facilities also include WiFi (new from 07.11.2023 via GIGA Cube 5G // ideal for Netflix & Amazon Prime) and a TV. A baby crib and high chair are also available.

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

The center of Wismar is a 7-minute drive away. Our attractive island of Poel can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The island's coastline features rugged cliffs or beautiful, wide sandy beaches. Restaurant 3 minutes' walk away... :))
