Médiathèque, leisure area at the edge of the Huisne and greenway not far away. Garden not adjoining behind the house with 1 small garden table and 2 chairs as well as deckchairs available. The 36 m2 house has just been renovated, not the outside. Bed 140 x 190. Small sofa bed with mattress of 100 x 180 in the living room.
