Guests can take advantage of the south-facing terrace, as well as the shade of the trees and the coolness of the garden on the ground floor. You will be a 5-minute walk from the train station and the city center, the Allées Provençales with its cafes and restaurants, its nougat shops (our local sweets).

We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 beaks to the Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed and a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a bathroom, and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. Please note: there is no air conditioning in hot weather.

We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.
