For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, hospitality and kindness. See you soon.

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Normandy! The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! If you’re considering a stay in the area, this place comes highly recommended. It truly exceeded our expectations!

We had a lovely stay. The place is peaceful! The cottage is very nice, very clean, and the bedding is good quality. The garden is lovely! and the kids were able to enjoy the pool.

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

We had a great time. The house was well-equipped and comfortable, lovely garden. The beach was just a 10-minute walk and the centre of Granville easily accessible on the free-of-charge bus. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we immediately felt at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even with less weather, it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Perfect and relaxing weekend. The place is ideal for visiting Mont-Saint-Michel and its surroundings, while enjoying a peaceful and serene setting. Nathalie's thoughtful touches and the option to enjoy the jacuzzi for an hour with the reservation add real value to the stay. We were warmly welcomed, and Nathalie was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. The cottage, impeccably clean, is tastefully and simply decorated. It is also very comfortable, with quality bedding and full amenities. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.

We had a great time at this house which was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Gorgeous place, sparkling clean and so easy to walk in with our 10 month old after a 5 hour drive (high chair and cot all set up for us). Really comfortable, great location too - we managed to visit the local beach and it was lovely! Thank you for our wonderful stay

Very nice place. The location is superb, right at the entrance to the heart of the city, a few meters from the sea. Despite the proximity to the city center, the small street of the house is very quiet and the parking a real plus. Regarding the house, it is superb. Very well equipped, both in terms of furniture and dishes and it's very nice. As for Katia and Amaury's hosting... Thank you again Katia for the radio guidance... and thank you Amaury for your valuable advice... A very kind welcome, great responsiveness... You gave the little final touch that made our stay go wonderfully well! We will keep this address safe and we will come back, that's for sure!
