Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Donnersbergkreis

This is an adorable cottage managed by lovely people. Thanks to Stephen, his partner, and his mother for their gracious hospitality! I am very grateful. This is a historic half-timber home with wood floors and stairs, high upstairs ceilings, and an updated interior. We found the bedding comfortable with bedroom blinds adjustable for sleep promotion, kitchen and bathrooms clean and stocked, patio delightful with sun and bird songs, and overall decor attractive and soothing. The air temperature is adjustable in the bedrooms and living room with both cooling and heating options. The coffee maker is a Nespresso type, and we appreciated the basketful of coffee pods and bottle of wine upon entry! This home is in a peaceful and safe location behind a locked gate with both the owner and the owner's mother to each side. The S-Bahn stop is a short walk away and will take you to central Frankfurt including Romer (download the RMVgo app to buy and load train tickets).

"Feeling good in the vineyards," the title is absolutely deserved, because you can't feel any better, this house inspires. Everything fits on and in the house, nothing is missing and we spent wonderful days for six in bright weather. Everything was thought of and the wine tasted so good that a few bottles had to be taken home. Another booking is quite likely, six-fold recommendation guaranteed.

Birgit & Tom were extremely amenable and responsive hosts and were gracious enough to let us into the Airbnb early. The Airbnb had great space and all of the amenities needed. I would definitely recommend renting a car to get around, but everything we needed was in a ten-minute-drive radius. The setting was very peaceful and private.

How can you not give 5 stars here? It was very nice, great, well-kept accommodation with everything you need and a beautiful, huge, very well-kept garden. We were there with three dogs, everyone had a lot of fun and we had a relaxing time. Pauline's mother is very nice and explained everything to us superbly, a really great welcome. The koi carp were also great. Just across the street from the property, there are beautiful forest paths and a beautiful lake in the village. The only point of the accommodation, the previous tenants unfortunately did not remove some dog poop. But the landlords can't do anything about it. From their side, everything was really wonderful, we would definitely love to come back and highly recommend the accommodation. Especially if you are looking for a quiet place with one or more dogs.

Katja both made very good suggestions for us and supported us to chech out comfortably by providing us with flexibility during and even after our stay. Thanks to her elegant fresh flowers and treats in the refrigerator she left for us, it was a meal for us even though we arrived very late on our first day. The cleanliness, location, silence, amenities were complete and good enough to be comfortable even if staying for a long time. I will definitely stay here again without hesitation. It was a great experience and pleasure for us.

Vivien's place was completely as described and expected. We have rarely seen such a complete accommodation or nothing was missing. Everything is done to have a good stay

We were in Stromberg with four adults and we enjoyed it very much. The house is very well and beautifully renovated and equipped with high-quality, thoughtful and aesthetic furniture and details. The welcome basket with fresh fruit and the chocolate on the bed were very thoughtful. Towels and linen were abundant. Dieter makes it very easy for his guests to feel comfortable quickly - not least because of his uncomplicated and open manner. Thank you very much.

A very special apartment with lots of charm. Centrally located in the heart of Annweiler, so that everything was within walking distance (Trifels Castle, Trifelsbad, organic shop, ice cream parlor and much more.)

If you get lost in the Odenwald and choose Franca's gem of a vacation apartment, you have done nothing wrong 100%. The photos of the accommodation correspond to the truth, but only when you enter the apartment and explore it room by room, the charm of the four walls, which have been renovated with a lot of love for detail, flatters you. Here, it seems, time has stood still. The courtyard radiates a positive calm, so you immediately feel at home. The key handover was very straightforward. The hosts were friendly, open and accommodating to us. This apartment is an absolute highlight and you should not hesitate for a moment, but strike immediately.

Nice place to escape the city and relax in the nearby woods and hills. The apartment is very neat and clean and Angelika is easily accessible for questions and tips for the area.

We felt very comfortable and were warmly welcomed. Since it is a farmhouse, it was very quiet and we had a beautiful view. We'd love to go back there anytime. The apartment is very nice and big. There's nothing missing. Thank you again to Marion and her husband for the nice conversations and the friendly atmosphere. The proximity to the Loreley open-air stage is great, it is only 6 kilometers. After the concert there, we were quickly in the apartment.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Everything was lovingly designed, nothing was missing. We will be happy to come back, the communication with Heinz was personal and simply great in all respects.

We really enjoyed our stay in this incredible villa! It is perfect for groups (we were 11 people) since there is a lot of space in the house and the garden area. The kitchen is perfect to cook/have a big barbecue as there is plenty of tableware and lots of equipment. We especially enjoyed laying at the pool or sitting by the fireplace. A really excellent price-performance ratio. Would definitely recommend! We will for sure come back again

This was a beautiful home. Lots of light and beautiful views of the back yard. Plenty of space and all the appliances that were needed. The host was very respectful and responsive. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

We booked the villa for our annual family reunion with 11 adults this time and we liked it very much and we were fully satisfied. The house is very original, well equipped and we were able to distribute the total of 4 bathrooms well. The pool table was used a lot and we also enjoyed the terrace with the grills for several meals. I can highly recommend the house for larger groups!

We stayed 2 nights with Laeticia, a group of 6 adults. We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was confined to descriptions. Laeticia is a very gracious, helpful and active host. I would highly recommend this rental.

This was a last minute stay for my friends and family. Vadim was instantly responsive and sent us the entry instructions immediately. This place was excellent! The neighbor even gave us a small tour of the house and described how the coffee, child amenities, and Wii worked. One outstanding overnight. Perfect sized place and really quiet. Thanks again!
