BALTHASAR Resort Guesthouse on the Rebhang in the Rheingau

The "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" is the guest house of the renowned Balthasar Ress winery in the Rheingau. Primarily designed for the winery's own guests, it is also sometimes available to other guests. The architect's house is located in the "Rebhang" settlement, one of the most exclusive and beautiful residential areas in the Rheingau wine-growing region. The settlement is located at an altitude of around 400 m, around 300 m above the Rhine and is surrounded by meadows, vineyards and the forest.

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our SCHOTTENHOF winery and integrated into our farm building. The closest neighbor is about 100 meters away. The 4-hectare courtyard is idyllically located in the middle of the vineyards and is accessible on two sides at ground level. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the yard.
