The house has all the amenities needed for regular living. Trampoline in the garden. Large parking area. 3 bedrooms. Double bed in one room. 2 children's rooms with 90 cm and 120 cm beds. In the loft apartment there is a sleeping sofa that can be used if needed. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are a lot of personal belongings, but space will be made for guests.

Fjordhuset on the Helgeland coast

It is an old timber house that is over 100 years old. The house was renovated in 2024. The house has 2 floors. Beautiful view over the fjord from the window. Plenty of space inside and outside. Fagervika is a rural area located at the outlet of Ranfjorden. The house has a large terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. On the first floor there is a possibility for 1 sleeping place if needed. Boat and fishing are possible, but must be booked in advance. Large parking lot, 2 hiking trails, boat for rent. The hiking area "Brunnesset in Fagervika", German coastal fort.

Beautiful cabin without neighbors by the lake

Newly renovated cottage located a few meters from the sea on Helgeland. The cabin is completely secluded with beautiful views and sun from early in the morning until 10 pm in the evening. It is very child-friendly. Kayak, canoe, bath animals and 2 SUPs are also available for use. It is only 500 meters to Sjokoladebrygga which is known for its good chocolate and great location. Short distance to Dønnes Church, Dønnesfjellet and grocery store. Good fishing opportunities. Large and nice terrace facing the sea with barbecue and fire pan for cozy evenings.

Cozy cottage/house 2 minutes walk from the sea. The cabin is located in a cul-de-sac in a peaceful cabin area overlooking the sea and the sunset. Grocery store, cafe, restaurant and gift shop 5 min drive away. From the cabin you have a view of the mountain Dønnamannen, Lovund and Øksningan. Kayak and bike for rent!

Løkta on the Helgeland Coast.

House for rent on the island of Løkta on the Helgeland coast. Here you can relax in rural surroundings. We have five ferry arrivals to and from Sandnessjøen. I registered the house with room for 6, but if you want to live a little cramped it is possible for 8 people to sleep in the house. The house is located 5 km from the ferry dock, and it is an excellent island to cycle around. We have about 1.2 miles of road around the island. The house is located on a farm, so there will be some noise from time to time.

The cabin is idyllically located with a short distance to Reinesaksla, Dønnamannen, De Syv Søstre or a trip out to the top of the island. Here you can enjoy the silence, the light and the landscape – this is the place for recreation, tranquility and proximity to nature.

Brannsneset - Cozy cabin by the sea!

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The cabin is located by the sea and has a lovely beach right next to it. The cabin belongs to a farm with horses and other small animals. The place is peaceful and there is little traffic. There is also a floating dock that is available for swimming. Fishing can also be accessed from the cliffs by the cabin. The cabin is located in scenic surroundings and has access to good hiking areas. The center of Silvalen is 6 km away.

Here you can relax! Restored Nordland house from 1740/1890, which oozes old charm. You have half the house with its own entrance, living room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. Beautiful old garden and large lawn areas for play and fun. Or maybe you want to borrow a book, relax in the hammock, or sit on the beach and just enjoy the midnight sun and life in the tide?
