Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Donji Štoj

Lek and his family were very welcoming and very friendly. We have enjoyed very much staying in the apartment. Everything is clean, the communication is very good with Lek. This apartment is as well very suitable for families. Everything is functional, very good Wifi! Thank you very much Lek to you and your family for being such a perfect host!

Great Hosts, very welcoming, and helpful. Warm family atmosphere. Distance to Tropicana beach (which I highly recommend to those who appreciate peace and quiet) about 15 minutes by leisurely walk. You can also get there by car. There's a lot of free parking by the beach. However, I recommend walking because in the afternoon a huge traffic jam of cars leaving the beach. In the area everything you need - a bakery with a delicious and varied assortment, grocery stores, stalls with vegetables and fruits - 3 minutes from the apartment. Hosts offer breakfast delicious, freshly prepared (breads, charcuterie, vegetables, fruits, cereal, half-and-half, nutella, cookies) for kids. Clean air-conditioned room, fresh linens, and towels. Access to a washer, vacuum cleaner, iron. Very quiet and peaceful part of Ulcinij. We'd love to come back and recommend it to friends. The drawbacks are missing :)

Perfect location at the seafront which is crucial when travelling with kids. Or to be even more precise: you can enjoy your homemade coffee at the family restaurant by the hotel while watching the kids playing at the beach :) (At least in this part of the season!) And what's far more important: Andrea and Vanja were wonderful hosts; much more than just professional and kind! Would definitely recommend!

We booked the place entirely due to the terrace - we knew we would be spending most of our time there, so it was a necessity. The view was amazing, and we enjoyed our nights there. The only problem was the music coming up from the city center, but this could have been expected, since we knew the location already. Other than that, the hosts were great and friendly, and also very flexible (regarding for example our check out at 4am :) ). I would recommend the place to anyone.

Sanela and her husband are excellent hosts, and very kind and supportive personalities; we spent nice days in their apartment. The apartment is well located, and very well equipped, much better then in the description on the website. We prefer uncrowded beaches, so Doni Stoj was also a very good choose for our Family.

Communicative and flexible host. Very nice apartment with a great view and balcony. Great aircon and other facilities. Covered parking and parking matters in Ulcinj! As per location is at the top of the hill with a steep walk back up, so take that in to account. Parking in Ulcinj itself not that easy so bear that in mind. Thanks.

The pool, just steps from the condo, was so refreshing. The hot beach spots were just a 10 minute walk. The view of the Adriatic amazing.

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

Olga is not only a good landlord, but also a wonderful person! We spent 2 weeks in the apartment, with a wonderful view of the sea! The apartment has everything you need - even an iron and a washing machine! Olga will answer any questions, tell you if you need to learn something and just happy to communicate with you on any topics! :) We felt like we were visiting a longtime friend :). We'll definitely be back! Thank you so much for the lovely apartment! 😊❤️

Super house and surroundings. The villa significantly exceeded our expectations. It was even better than we could dream of. The owner is the most hospitable person we have ever met, always there to help and give good advice. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a pleasant holiday. After ten days there we want more and we will definitely be back!

Shiroka is a beautiful place to stay and this villa has views from all the many balconies. It is a large villa, the rooms are generously sized. My kids loved having the 3 bedrooms on the upper level to themselves and my husband and I took the bedroom on the main level. We really appreciated the huge garage to park our car inside. I loved walking around Shiroka right from the villa. It is in the ideal location. The house has a washer machine and a dryer! I would have loved a dishwasher, but with all the restaurants nearby we didn't really need to cook. I would stay here again.

The apartments were so good with beautiful view to the see. These were well equiped houses for two families. There is a small beach near the accomodation it is easy to get there, about 3 minutes on foot. Kristin and her husband are so kind, helpful and flexible. Throughout the whole jorney we could communicate with them excellently. Hracho became my Montenegrin friend.

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

This place was superbly situated, off the russian street. The host is a great person, willing to help at any time, despite the fact that he was not in Ulcinj, responded promptly to all requests, communicated with acquaintances, and was willing to help you with the cimkolvek. The place met our expectations, we highly recommend it!

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Really very cool place with a sensational view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the essentials. All in all, a clear recommendation for people traveling by car in Montenegro.

Beautiful surroundings, hospitable, helpful and kind hosts. Free private parking, good air conditioning, beautiful view from the terrace. The private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is very close, which is rocky, beautiful, suitable for diving. The bakery, shop and other beaches are easily accessible on foot. Thank you very much for the hospitality, we really liked everything.

Great spacious and comfortable apartment in a new neighbourhood of Ulcinj. Perfect communication with the host. Smooth chek-in.

The access is spectacular and only for experienced drivers. First of all, it makes a high-quality impression. Upon closer inspection, you can see many cheap materials. The doors and walls are covered with foil and this is peeling off, for example, on the lower door frame of the bathroom. The accuracy of fit of cabinet doors, etc. also leaves room for improvement. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. Few dishes and cutlery and neither toaster nor coffee maker. The volume from the neighboring apartments is unobtrusive, but if you cook next door, the smell is transferred to your own apartment. Great views and swimming in the clear waters of the Adriatic Sea are a great advantage of the complex in addition to the cleanliness. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. The selection of bread, cheese and cold cuts is very small, but every day we were surprised with many creations of roasted, baked and salads. Great praise to the staff: very nice, attentive and accommodating.

Rooms were clean. Loved it. Top location and a very large apartment. We had a very good time and would book with Leart again every time.

Annas place was amazing. The apartment was very nice, spacious and had everything we needed for a two weeks stay, 2 adults and 2 teens. It has AC, sheets, towels, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen equipment and even snorkeling equipment). The balcony was spacious with an absolute amazing view to the sea and private beach were we had our daily morningswim. We also used the swimmingpool a lot, it was very nice and the sunterrace was amazing too. It's a short walk (5 min) to the public beach, restaurant and markets. Anna was very friendly and caring, she responded quickly on our requests and met us when we arrived late in the evening.
