Condo vacation rentals in Dongjak District

This is second time i stayed this airbnb. I really like and relax to stay here. Especially han river is the close to this airbnb which i really love it. Will come again soon. Thank you!

Perfect accommodation for solo travellers :)

Super clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location--super close to all the hot spots in Itaewon but still on a quiet street. Host was super sweet and accommodating. Will book again if ever back in the area.

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

The host provide a lot of information and clear instruction for check in procedure. The house is beautiful and clean. Extra towels were provide. My friends enjoyed watching Netflix at the house. We do have a memorial holiday in this place. Last but not least, I appreciate a lot because the host allow us to delay the check out time for an hour. We can have flexible time to pack our stuff and follow the instructions for final clean up.

My family and I absolutely loved everything about Hannam BnB. It’s very apparent the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into making sure the guests are comfortable and feel at home. The unit was in pristine condition, beds were comfortable, and had all of the amenities needed for cooking. The location is centered around coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants. We went to the bakery next door almost daily for yummy pastries and delicious coffee. It was fun exploring the neighborhood. Brad was an exceptional host. My kids miss Mr Brad, and already want to go back!

호스트 답장이 빠르셔서 문제가 있어도 빠르게 해결해주셔서 감사했습니다. 공간도 깨끗하고 필요한 것들도 다 구비돼 있고 관리가 잘 된다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 위치도 신촌역 부근이라 접근성도 좋았고 덕분에 편히 오래 머물다 갑니다!

Gorgeous place. Professionally decorated. All white feels very clean. Area is very safe. Walkable to so much to do! Kitchen is serviceable. We did not use it. Very helpful to have TWO washer/dryers with detergent. No sofas. Table for 8 in living area. Beds were comfy. Limited floor space in bedrooms for luggage. Bathrooms nicely equipped but whole room floor gets a bit wet so be careful. Fit 7 adults nicely could hold 8. AC works great. We felt safe and secure. Easy walk to many many restaurants and massage places and retail. We really enjoyed our stay.

It's a perfect place for our family of 5. Brian is really a super host! He is really kind, fast to reply and pretty accommodative. He even waited for us when we arrive to help us check-in and showed us around. The place itself is exactly as how it's shown in the photos. It's pretty spacious, cozy, safe, quiet, clean and comes with complete amenities (including umbrellas for rainy days). The 3 bathrooms helped a lot for a group like us. It even has 2 dry showers which are quite a rare find when we looked for accomodation around Seoul. The 75" TV with hundreds of local channels kept us entertained during our stay. It's located on 2nd floor, so not so much climbing to do even without elevator. There's a cafe/bakery downstairs, with lots of local food and mini-market options nearby. Close to Sinchon (subway) station. Even Hongdae is within walking distance through the park. Will definitely love to come back here when we visit Seoul again!

내집처럼 편하고 시장이가까워서 먹을거리가 풍부하고 시장구경이 재미있었고 무엇보다 호스트님에 응답이 빨라 당항하지 않고 다시 기회가 된다면 머물고 싶은 그런 편안한 숙소이디.

the host would respond quickly at times I expected them to be sleep. also very helpful with the recycling and how to access the amenities.

Ich habe zwei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft gewohnt und habe mich dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und bei Fragen wurde zu jeder Zeit zügig geantwortet.

Awesome location. Right next to exit 1 of Hongdae Station. The room has a huge window and an amazing view! Host is super nice and respond to messages quick.

入住四天，房东非常热心，到达民宿时，房东很热心帮我们搬运行李，入住期间还帮我们点外卖，离开时，还能寄存行李。民宿周边环境很好，也有个24小时超市。晚上总的来说，很安静，就是房间隔音不大好，当中有一天隔壁邻居大声聊天到很晚。

accommodation was right outside of the train station which made travelling so much easier and hassle free! my partner and i genuinely loved how cozy the place feels and felt really comfortable throughout the entire stay! thank you :-)

为了看演唱会选择了这里，里kspo五站，只需要二十多分钟，打车十四分钟，出行特别方便，除了走路到地铁站有一点点距离外（大概十分钟路程），交通完全没问题，入住也很顺利，有电梯，行李箱可以方便搬运，房东沟通特别及时，入住空调不够冷，立马就买了新的电风扇，让我有了好的睡眠，入住很顺利，还有一个优点，房间很宽敞，两个大行李箱可以完全展开，睡觉也很安静

i enjoyed my stay so much! i was here for 3 weeks and i didn't want to leave. the apartment feels a lot bigger than the photos and is the perfect size for one person. the location was perfect because it was just a 2 minute walk from the bus stop, and 5 minutes from the subway. it was also easy to walk to so many cute cafes in the area as well as hongdae for shopping. i would definitely stay here again :)

This was simply my best Airbnb stay EVER! I traveled 50+ countries and 100+ cities, not all of them are on my profile, some were before the internet😅 But I've never been happier than here

은지 oli todella ystävällinen, avulias ja antoi selkeät ohjeet saapumiselle sekä muille käytännön asioille. Talo oli hieman vanha, mutta asunto puhdas, siisti, ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Nukuimme hyvin mukavassa sängyssä. Sijainti oli meille erinomainen ja naapurusto rauhallinen, bussi- ja metrolinjat olivat lähellä. Namsan-vuorikin vain kävelymatkan päässä. Kiitos :)

Lucky’s place was perfect for a solo long stay in Seoul. There is much to do in the surrounding area and overall it felt like a home away from home. Lucky was also very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. If ever I stay in Seoul, I will definitely look out for Lucky’s place again. 너무나 쾌적한 곳에서 편하게 머물다 갑니다. 주변에 창포원 공원도 있어서 아침에 산책하기에도 좋았어요. 도봉산 근처에 맛집들도 좋았구요. 다음에 다시 또 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here so much. It felt immediately like home when we arrived. Everything was so clean and well prepared, like coming to stay at a second home. The hosts were extremely responsive and to our surprise, cleaned the home daily for us. There are two grocery stores less than 3 min walk, so it was very convenient to make light meals. The building is very safe and peaceful. If we visit again, especially for a longer stay, we will definitely book here again!
