Come and discover the Brière regional park, the walled city of Guérande where simply the beautiful beach of La Baule, in this cozy 35 m2 studio. Shore fishing, shellfish and crustaceans... but of course!!! Prepare your dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, and then enjoy them in the outdoor area. Small comfortable duplex studio, ideally located between Nantes and Saint-Nazaire about thirty kilometers from the coast. 40 minutes from tourist sites (salt marshes, fortified town of Guérande, bay of Baule, port of Croisic), 1 hour 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 2 hours from Futuroscope. A friendly place, ideal in the countryside. Guests can enjoy hikes, rejuvenate, peace and quiet, animals present dogs, cats, rabbits, ponies.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
