Despite staying there for a short while, Phuong’s Home was such a nice place to stay in and I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay whilst they are in Hanoi. They made sure that the check-in was easy and even greeted me at the door. The place is nice and quaint and I love what she has done with the apartment, you would never have expected such a wonderful apartment in that area. It is walkable to the old quarter and there are loads of cute cafés around. You are also a short walk from the train street as well. The only feedback I would give is to update the sheets as they can be a bit uncomfortable due to the material, but that is my only problem that I had with the place. She even offered to show me around and gave me some great recommendations to visit and eat. All the main amenities were available and the place felt clean.

if you are looking for a place that is close to everything stay here. the beds are comfortable and the appt is clean. Just know it is on the 3rd floor so it's a bit step to get up but once your in just like the photos. Uyen is so kind a s helpful with helping to book tours or local recommendations. also if you want fresh linens they drop it so quickly she is very responsive. we enjoyed our stay in hanoi and would recommend staying here.

Như Ngọc House- convenient, safe

Quỳnh Anh was friendly and responsive. We both speak Vietnamese so I never had an issue communicating. Other than missing dishes and utensils, which wasn't an issue for us since we didn't cook, everything else is exactly as described. The place is reasonably priced for what it offers. Would love to come back next time!

Khó mà tìm được nhà nào vừa yên tĩnh vừa an ninh như vậy ở Hà Nội. Thực sự thoải mái khi ở đây, cảm giác như ở nhà vậy. Cách khoảng 200m là các loại nhà hàng, quán ăn để thoải mái lựa chọn. Khá gần các điểm thăm quan lớn và nếu biết tính toán, chi phí đi lại giữa các điểm thăm quan từ nơi ở khá dễ chịu, ko quá đắt đỏ. Chủ nhà nhiệt tình, hàng xóm yên tĩnh. Tóm lại là ổn về mọi mặt, 5 sao cho một kỳ nghỉ hoặc một chuyến khám phá Hà Nội dài ngày👍

Nice quiet place to stay that is relatively near old quarter via car. Lots of amenities and the place is clean with working air conditioning. There is nth much in the surrounding area but it is not a big problem if you are spending most of ur time in old quarter.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was not too far from the heart of old quarter but far enough away that it doesn't feel too busy or overcrowded. There's some really good juices around the place and was super easy to get grab bikes around here.
