At the foot of the medieval town of Blankenberg is the small village of Auel. The idyllic village is located 300 m from the river Sieg and the well-known hiking trail "Siegsteig." Here you can find peace and quiet. The former barn was converted into a residential building with a lot of love. On approx. 100 square meters spread over three levels there are four sleeping places, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with shower and laundry room with dryer. It is 800 m to the DB train station. Cologne 40 min., Siegen 30 min. Final cleaning EUR 60 one time.

The apartment on the upper floor has a living area of 93 m². This is divided into three rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with toilet and guest toilet, utility room and a beautiful roof terrace of about 30 m². Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment. In both bedrooms there is a double bed so that up to 4 people can sleep comfortably there! The kitchen is fully equipped. It is a newly renovated and bright comfort apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with its own bathroom, a kitchenette and modern basic equipment – ideal for a multi-day professional stay or just to relax over the weekend in the countryside.

Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.
