Located less than a mile from Big Jim's Restaurant and boat ramp. This home has a fully equipped kitchen and two 65-inch TV's with YouTube TV. There is a gas grill outside and a fire pit that is perfect for relaxing evenings. You can dock your boat steps away from the screened in back porch or park it under the carport.

Little House on Broughton Downtown Bainbridge Stay

Located just four blocks from beautiful downtown Bainbridge, this one bedroom, one bath historic shotgun house was recently moved to Broughton Street from across town and fully renovated by your host. Enjoy a taste of an original tiny home with big personality! Home includes free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and tips from your host on favorite local stops. Everything you need in a quaint, modern space located on 7 secluded acres with a privacy gate only minutes from the Ross Clark Circle and downtown, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with YouTube TV subscription included (over 70 channels), brand new fridge, spacious rooms. Washer and dryer available. We allow pets on a case by case basis and charge a one time $10 fee per pet upon guests arrival. We also offer EV level 2 charging (40 amp) for a flat $10 fee.
