The room is private and has all the basics one might need while staying there. We occupy the rest of the house and are available when not at work. The house is in a quiet residential area with parks, public tennis court, major grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. It's within a three-minute walk to major streets—York Mills or Victoria Park roads. DVP/404 - York Mills exit, Hwy 401 - Victoria Park exit. Bus 95 or 122 to York Mills subway station Bus 24 to Victoria Park subway station The space has new fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery and can be used to prepare your own meal. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This is a rare gem as the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all private, for an affordable price. It is very simple and some of our personal belongings are in the space but we keep the price low to make up for it. Most rentals in this area of Toronto have shared bathroom or kitchen or are very expensive. Within walking distance to Parkway Mall. 5 minute drive to the 401 or DVP which will take you to downtown Toronto in 25 minutes (if no traffic).

Easy access to both TTC bus 3 minute walk and Subway Yorkmills/Yonge lines 5.8km/20min bus-ride. 17min walk to great restaurants and coffee shops, upscale Pusateris gourmet grocery store and Shoppers Drugmart within 5 min drive and 24min walk. Large parks and ravines nearby, family-friendly activities. The unit has a separate entrance from the driveway .
