Casa Melba is your home away from home! Ana and Charles were the perfect hosts at this gorgeous B&B tucked away in the most peaceful surroundings. The house was immaculate and had everything you could ask for including a delicious breakfast. Ana and Charles are like my family, very welcoming and very accommodating since I was traveling alone and didn’t know the area very well. They gave me a personal tour of the surrounding areas and must see sights. If you love being in nature and waking up to serenity this is the place for you! I felt like I was right at home and will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends!

El alojamiento de Samuel literalmente es un oasis en medio del Desierto. En las Dunas de Bani, en medio del desierto y un mar bravo, se encuentra este oasis lleno de frescura, vegetación, buena gente, buena vibra y excelente alojamiento. Amplio, cómodo, limpio, climatizado. Perfecto para parejas o pequeñas familias. Súper recomendado a cualquiera que ande en las zonas de Salinas, Dunas, Palmar de Ocoa, Peravia. Manos arriba para Samuel quien me Recibió personalmente y a su amable equipo.

Muy Buena estadia. Lo mejor, la vista hermosa de la Bahia de ocoa, el sonido de las olas de la playa, la cual esta en el frente, mas 2 piscinas: una de agua dulce y otra de agua salada.

My wife, 18 year old daughter, and I spent our last two nights in the DR here. It’s a private secluded area in Uvero Alto away from the crowds. The road entering the place looked a little sketch but that’s common in the DR. When you get to the unit at the end of road you have the beach pretty much all to yourself. There is a security outpost close by which is very nice. Not the best area for swimming bc the waves are quite rough, but PERFECT for relaxing on the lounge chairs. The unit was very well equipped: snacks, eggs, bread, first aid kit, beach chairs, bug repellant, outdoor shower to wash off the sand. Host was very responsive and helpful, she even arranged inexpensive laundry service done quickly for us before we loaded our luggage to fly out. For the money, view, location, and service we were very well pleased.

Massimo and Luce are great hosts the place is so peaceful in a beautiful neighborhood far from the noise but at ten min walk to all the restaurants and beaches of Sosua . Massimo and Luce gave us great recommendations of what to do they even organize the best excursions upon request the view of our terrace is amazing I highly recommend their place . Thank you ))

Very nice and beautiful "boutique" hotel. Perfecty located, very close to El Conde - the main street in Zone Colonial. The hotel is very beautiful, historic, elegant, quiet, clean and comfortable. Management & staff are very helpful and friendly. Love the pool and rooftop terras with jacuzzi. My 3 night stay was just perfect. Highly recommended!

Fue la elección perfecta para desconectar de la ciudad, con una vista preciosa y muy buena atención por parte de los trabajadores. La comida del lugar estaba muy rica y el espacio para dos personas fue eficiente y acogedor. Las noches fueron mágicas al rededor de la fogata y el sonido de los árboles y los animales.

La atención brindada por Marvin y los demás estuvo excepcional. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos con ellos. Las vistas, la tranquilidad y La Paz dentro del hotel fue maravillosa.

Muy agradable todo, excelente servicio y todo el lugar muy lindo con el tema de mi ecológico, la atención fue de lo mejor mi lugar favorito para quedarme en pedernales no hay superación ❤️👌🏾👌🏾🏞️

Les jardins de la Loma est un endroit fabuleux pour se reposer et profiter du calme et de l'hospitalité d'une charmante famille. Et quelle vue sur la baie! À quelques minutes de l'aéroport El Catey, c'est une auberge-relais parfaite pour se remettre d'un vol d'arrivée ou se préparer pour un départ depuis la péninsule de Samaná. Merci Paula, Jiulia,Josefina (cuisinière raffinée et dévouée) et Idalo. Ce fût un privilège de vous rencontrer. Nous y retournerons très bientôt!

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, con ambiente cálido, familiar, te sientes como en casa. La comida que prepara Felicia es muy deliciosa, conoces la gastronomía típica del país, con un toque italiano, los anfitriones son muy atentos y serviciales. Tiene una excelente vista al mar. Y esperamos regresar. Para saludar de nuevo a nuestra amiga seda 🐶 la guardián del lugar super amigable

We absolutely fell in love with the owners and the staff!!! it was a little far to. And not a lot of great places to do yoga that were comfortable. But everything else was absolutely perfect. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend totally worth the price.

The place is at the heart of Zona Colonial and it's great: the rooms are beautiful and clean, the bathrooms are comfortable and modern, the monuments and museums are close, the restaurants and shops as well. The staff was very kind and always trying to make us feel like home; from the front desk to the breakfast ladies, they were super sweet and kind! Everything is as described and like the pictures, totally worth it :) If you want to taste a bit of Santo Domingo, the mix of fancy and normal people, the colonial heritage, and have a good place to rest, this is your place. I recommend Studio27 not only for the facilities but also for the people, and I would love to come back soon!

This was not my first stay at Ron’s place—and it definitely won’t be the last! Ron is incredibly kind, accommodating, and always available if you need anything. From the moment you arrive, you feel right at home, even though it’s a private room. The space is comfortable, welcoming, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. One of my favorite parts is the balcony facing the beach—perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The private beachfront is a dream, and there are some great restaurants just a short walk away. If you prefer a pool day, the complex has a beautiful private pool that’s just as inviting. And of course, I can’t forget Paradise—Ron’s adorable little dog who’s truly the sweetest hostess. She adds such a warm, friendly vibe to the whole experience. Highly recommend staying here. It’s a special place that keeps calling me back! Ron has become family to us. Thanks uncle Ron! Adam and Kennedy
