Our property borders a biological corridor so we're regularly visited by wildlife like monkeys, sloths, toucans, deer, pigs, anteaters, coatis, hummingbirds, etc. 4x4 needed most of the year, partially due to rental cars not using all-terrain tires. 2023 updated to 60 mbps fiber optic internet.

Our guest cottage is directly on a secluded beach, just south of Dominical. A fully equipped kitchen, with 1 bedroom, and living room with a double sleeper/sofa. The sleep/sofa is OK for children but would not work for 2 adults. A covered balcony allows awesome views of the ocean, and wild life, as well as outside dining. A/C, Wi-Fi, cable TV and a list of amenities. This cottage shares the property with our main beach front home. Rent both and enjoy your private beach front resort.
