La Orquidea which opened in May of 2005 is the only private guest house snuggled in the crater on the shores of Laguna de Apoyo. It has been designed as your "home away from home" with complete kitchen, private bath, living and dining areas. Balconies from both levels of the home provide spectacular views of the cleanest laguna in Nicaragua. The tranquil enviroment is home to countless migrating and indigenous birds. We hope you will enjoy your time relaxing here, and soaking up the sun, taking a hammock on a two hour ride to nowhere or hiking the crater your house sits in. Casa Tuani is a luxurious lakefront Villa on the shores of the Laguna de Apoyo natural reserve. Here you will enjoy the epitome of indoor-outdoor living and soak in the spectacular panoramic laguna views. The home is right on the lakes edge so you can easily swim in the thermal waters or take out one of our kayaks. The vacation retreat is fully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a chef's kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, filtered water, barbeque and firepit.

Casita Mango - Fully Equipped Cabin at the Laguna

Casita Mango is one of the two cabin we offer. It is located on the garden side with a nice partial view of the lake straight from your bed! We rent with A/C. Hot water and Smart Tv... everything you need to live long-term in full comfort while being in the jungle far far away from the city blues. Come relax in the shade, swim or float in a tube at the public beach, or take our Kayaks for an adventure on the lake! Breakfast available for 7.50 US$ per person Bring your pets for 7.50 US$

Unique private island experience close to center!

Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from Marina Cocibolca and 10 min from the colonial Granada. The island is full of exuberant flowers and fruit trees and has and a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano. The glass house blends in with the trees, providing privacy for your stay. Swim, kayak, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Transportation at check in and out is included. Extra transportation is $6 round trip. There are 3 restaurants right there at the port.

Amazing View Cabin on Eco-Farm

This is one of the most unique places you could stay anywhere in Nicaragua. The cabin is on an eco-friendly working farm dedicated to biodiversity. We are located just 5 km outside of Granada on the highway to Masaya. From the farm you can see 5 different volcanoes and Lake Nicaragua. Your stay will go directly to planting trees. At present we have over 130 species of trees. You can hike to Laguna de Apoyo in one hour! The cabin has a private/indoor full bath.

Double bungalow with pool access

Your guest house is located in the small-scale bungalow park Villas Vista Masaya with fantastic views of the crater lake Masaya, just like the bungalow Chaperno. The double bungalow is a studio and suitable for singles and couples. There is a stable WiFi connection for digital nomads. It is quiet here, and the climate is pleasant. Own pets are not allowed. 1.5 km away is the town of Masatepe, where there is a supermarket and a daily market for fruits and vegetables.

The name pays perhaps a daring homage to Famous Studio 54; also playing with our birthyear, but just with the name. This a beautiful brand new house built for our guests. It's located close to the main highway, yet far enough to keep the noise away. It's in the middle of a pretty garden with spacious, living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom bathroom and working station. It also has outdoor space, laundry and a beautiful terrace.

Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
