Emilio is a great host! Very responsive and kept me informed on everything to expect. This condo is in a resort style property that is very pretty and quiet. Easy taxi into Zona Central or a 40 min walk if you like exercise. Bring your walking shoes and swimsuit for the nice pool & jacuzzi. We loved staying here and enjoyed the balcony as well. Great stay!

Excellent host, really a very nice apartment and the subdivision is very quiet, it has many amenities and the view is very nice. We went to a gastronomic event, but the restaurant in the subdivision is highly recommended, all the dishes we ordered were excellent. We had a great time and you are invited to come back many times.

Great place to enjoy San Miguel de Allende. 10 min walk from downtown, but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the city (which on weekends counts a lot, because you can spend a lot of time lost in traffic). Very spacious and comfortable, good maintenance and many benefits (the terrace and the roof garden with grill are the best!!!).

We really enjoyed our stay. The walk to downtown was short. Coming back the hills will remind you if you are not in shape. But that is San Miguel. The Uber's are inexpensive so you really do not need to rent a car. We loved the fact that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. We had a wonderful time with our friends and kids. I highly recommend.

The apartment is very conveniently located (near the central square of San Miguel). It has all the necessary utensils to feel comfortable, to be able to cook (if you want), heaters in the rooms (which are very useful at this time of year), permanent water in jugs, and good-sized rooms with comfortable beds. It was a very good choice to go with the family and enjoy San Miguel The only thing they should check is the access to hot water in the showers, which is limited (in the sinks and in the kitchen the hot water comes out well).

Really a great experience for me and my family, the apartment is 10/10. I will definitely be back if I have the chance, you feel right at home because of the comfort, amenities and of course the cleanliness. A condominium with great amenities, easy and simple access to go to various places, you have supermarkets, restaurants, medical service, etc. less than 5 minutes away. And the hosts are excellent, good communication and are attentive to everything.

Her place was very large. Great value for the price. All amenities dishes linens clean only about a mile from the central district

The apartment is very good, we really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The subdivision is very nice and quiet, the pool is large, everything is very accessible and the location is good.

It’s a beautiful apartment with beautiful sunrise view . We loved the space . Great space to cook meals . Kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans . The bed linen was nice enough . Comfortable bed . ACs in all places was a plus . Only issue is that there is no one to communicate after 8 pm . If you have a query , no one responds . Overall beautiful space . The accommodation was perfect for what we needed, very comfortable and clean. The directions were very clear. The atmosphere is very family friendly. The only detail is that one of the bathrooms was blocked since we arrived, so the water didn't drain and we couldn't use it. I wrote to report it but I didn't get any help. Everything else was great, thank you so much!

First the positive. We loved the location. The view from the balcony was awesome and a great place to spend the morning reading a book and having a cup of coffee as the sun was rising. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well equiped. The development is modern and pleasing and safe to walk about. There was a charcoal BBQ on the roof patio which was great. Judith and Eduardo are wonderful hosts. 10 out of 10. They were attentive, proactive, and very responsive to any questions we had. Now for the n not so positive. Bit of work walking the steeper portions of the roads if coming in from Centro but manageable if you have a bit of stamina. We did it daily for 6 weeks. Some of the neighbors like to party into the wee hours on a few weekend. Lastly, there is no TV in the living room. If we were short stay it wouldn't have been an issue. For our longer stay heading for the bedroom to watch TV after dinner was odd for us.

The house is very nice with open spaces decorated with very good taste, clean and impeccable; the very cozy bedrooms, the kitchen and the social areas we really liked the Garden is very spacious. Mariana was attentive to our needs the whole time. We recommended delicious food that came straight home and massage service. We would definitely rent this house again.

Amazing accommodation! It exceeded my expectations! Super host, attentive, respectful, very friendly and attentive to our needs. It has an excellent location, super nice, clean, well cared for, the beds are very comfortable, we will definitely return!!

The house is very nice and very spacious. The common areas are very nice. They have a pool, paddle tennis court and gym. The rooms are very good and the kitchen has everything you need. Excellent host. For those who rent, keep in mind that pool towels are rented and are mandatory (you can't bring your own) the cost was $50 pesos per day per towel. On Saturday there was a wedding near the private area and the music was very loud until 5am. I don't know if it was a coincidence or if there are always events on Saturdays. We couldn't sleep that day Other than that, we really enjoyed it. We didn't leave the place all weekend.

A very nice place. Excellent taste in the decor. The house is very comfortable, spacious, nice to be all the people you receive. The common area is excellent for spending a pleasant time. But the best, service and service. We were always very well cared for, and with a lot of willingness to support us in what we needed. Thank you for everything.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The surroundings were peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing, and it was easy to get to.

We enjoyed our condo and all the amenities this place has to offer. We recommend it to all who want to enjoy San Miguel de Allende and feel like part of a neighborhood. Although there’s shuttle service, we enjoyed walking down to Centro and back on cobblestones streets. As for the home, the beds and showers were great. Decorations of this new home were lovely. Also want to point out how the porch and nearby creek with lots of birds was wonderful and certainly made my morning and evening. The swimming pool and workout area are wonderful added amenities at the clubhouse. Thanks again for the hospitality!
