This prime location is a four block, flat walk to the main Jardin and Parroquia. It has all the modern amenities designed to create a seamless and hassle free stay. Casa Nico has three private, ensuite bedrooms, a cozy living/dining room with a fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, a center courtyard patio and a roof top terrace with a fire pit and heated plunge pool.

We are an easy (5-20 min) flat walk from our quite lane to everywhere in Centro, which is where the action is. Our decor is playful blended with Mexican architectural touches. House with three bedrooms ideal for four to eight people, located a few steps from the Parish of San Miguel, on the first level there is a guest bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and a small outdoor patio. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and one with two queen size beds. On the second floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, there is a room with a king size bed. On this floor there is a terrace with spectacular views and a jacuzzi.

We make an effort to provide all of our guest with basic necessities they may need while staying in our home. We love our pets and this is why we decided to make our home pet friendly! Our beautifully restored colonial home has been decorated with objects from all over the world. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and is comfortable for 6 guests, with plenty of larger spaces to be together as well as intimate spaces to be alone. Please Note: The property has many steps and level changes. It is not suitable for people with mobility issues or concerns about falling.

Cozy BellaVista Apartment with A/C and Parking

It is a beautiful apartment overlooking the park, its two bedrooms with vault-style ceilings are very comfortable, each has a full bathroom in addition to king size beds and a/c. You won't have to worry about parking because we have a garage. It's a very family-friendly, safe and quiet area, just 10 minutes from downtown by car.
