Not all Centro locations are the same. Casa Nico is a newly renovated colonial home located on a QUIET street in the Centro district. This prime location is a four block, flat walk to the main Jardin and Parroquia. It has all the modern amenities designed to create a seamless and hassle free stay. Casa Nico has three private, ensuite bedrooms, a cozy living/dining room with a fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, a center courtyard patio and a roof top terrace with a fire pit and heated plunge pool.

House with three bedrooms ideal for four to eight people, located a few steps from the Parish of San Miguel, on the first level there is a guest bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and a small outdoor patio. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and one with two queen size beds. On the second floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, there is a room with a king size bed. Beautiful 300 Year Old Colonial

This lovely 300-year old colonial Mexican home is well located in the historic center of San Miguel de Allende, just two blocks from the "Jardin" or main square. It includes a swimming pool and daily maid/cook service. Although it is a single story home, there are some steps up from the pool patio and bedrooms to the outdoor living room, and a few more up to the living/dining area and the library.

It is a beautiful apartment overlooking the park, its two bedrooms with vault-style ceilings are very comfortable, each has a full bathroom in addition to king size beds and a/c. You won't have to worry about parking because we have a garage. It's a very family-friendly, safe and quiet area, just 10 minutes from downtown by car.
