Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. La Gouille is located 1.6 km from Epenottes shopping center and 1.5 km from downtown and old Dole. It's the countryside in the city. Very quiet! You have at your disposal a 19 m² studio. One bedroom, one TV, one toilet, one shower room, one kitchenette, one fridge, tea, coffee, bowls, plates, cutlery, glass, plancha, one table as well as two chairs and their cushions, brazier, barbecue, wood. Your entire space is heated/air-conditioned independently of the rest of the house.
