Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. La Gouille, 20 min walk to old Dole, quiet

La Gouille is located 1.6 km from Epenottes shopping center and 1.5 km from downtown and old Dole. It's the countryside in the city. Very quiet! You have at your disposal a 19 m² studio. One bedroom, one TV, one toilet, one shower room, one kitchenette, one fridge, tea, coffee, bowls, plates, cutlery, glass, plancha, one table as well as two chairs and their cushions, brazier, barbecue, wood. Your entire space is heated/air-conditioned independently of the rest of the house.

Original apartment located in one of the wings of an 18th century mansion in the city center. Accessible by a spiral staircase, 2nd floor very bright. One bedroom and one sofa bed in the main room. Small equipped kitchen allowing you to be completely independent. Large free public parking next to the apartment. Dole city center is a 2-minute walk away. Bright accommodation, strictly non-smoking. A bike storage room is available to allow you to stop safely.

From May to September, on the 2nd floor of this 17th century house, in the heart of the historic district, you will stay in a quiet, exceptional environment (70 m2). According to your desires (tourism, sport, gastronomy, work, etc...) we will inform you to carry out your projects. Meal inside or down on the terrace overlooking the canal. Pick-up at Dole train station or Dole airport: on request. NB: Not suitable for infants (see: description)
