Bei Unwettern kann es selten Probleme mit der Strom- oder Wasserversorgung geben.

Etage und bietet vom Balkon aus einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Nachbarschaft, wo abends die Sonne herrlich (siehe Foto) untergeht! Der Strand ist nur 500-600 Meter entfernt. Die nächsten Supermärkte und Restaurants sind auch nur 1,2 Straßen weiter zu finden.
